With respect to powers, outside of PC-ing someone to death, with Jennifer Kayle or Baron Mordo, if you can get away with it, I think having a Perplexer and TKer on the same team, can be a nasty combo, since it makes more for your opponent to keep track of, and easier to lose track, and fall within your attack range.
With respect to figures, multi attack is the worst. Team Bases, especially the JLA Team Base, and other multi attack figures.
The death trap ability is my new favorite tactic, especially if I have a character where I can easily max out his bonus like the joker which goes by the month (from august -December his bonus is maxed)

I think I have to go with the TK-to-Running Shot with Pulse Wave. Make sure you only move three squares from the starting area, cause if you go four, you're in for a rude surprise.

I think he's talking about since you can TK out up to 8 squares. With a figure that has say, 10 move and 8 range, they can go out 8, running shot 5 and then shoot from 8 away giving a 21 square swing. If your map has 25 squares across, they really can't move outside of their starting area safely.
Well, apparently it's legal, so I would shoot a torpedo, then mind control and shoot another one with silver centurion.
Tried doing that in a tourney and the judge said it was amended that you can't do that. It specifies once per game. However Tony stark can still mind control him to do basic attacks, and perplex up his attack value and have it be applied to the torpedo. 7 damage torpedo with 13 attack is nice.

Barrier then smash and grab into all four squares and then get to hit with the heavy he was carrying. Pulled that on a Magneto and Hope Summers that day.
It's Fear Itself month 2 and i happen to pull a kurth. Final round I am facing someone who pulled Spidey 2099 on the street map. Spidey is on his stop click. Use kurth's special charge ability to take spidey through 4 squares of blocking terrain for unavoidable damage to spidey. He got destroyed.
FI Valkyrie + E.V.A. Fantomex attacks through E.V.A.; E.V.A. pushes to KO, and Val is placed in her square. Val immediately uses Charge/Flurry/BCF. With DP using the Sheep Gun, this will be much easier.
