I do not believe I saw the post in question. How does one deal with negreps?

By revenge-negrepping the guy who negrepped you and then starting a thread to brag about how you negrepped him, his sister and his mom and then topping it all off by getting warning points and/or banned.
That'll show 'em, by crackey!
