So you expect the rest of her team to kill the character you expect her to use as Mastermind fodder? Of course, since you also expect her to MoE-push right off the Mastermind, I'm not sure how much fodder she's really going for here. To be frank, this makes less sense the more you explain it. The advantages and penalties are contradictory to the desired result, which isn't consistent to begin with.
Personally I was thinking it was way to powerful. Was gonna put the Mindcontrol limitation on it. (Every 100 points Enchantress takes 1 kliq of damage.) Because it is that powerful of a power.
Attack - Asgardian Magic: Enchantress has Psychic Blast, Shape change, Perplex, and Probability Control. Can only use one power per action. Damage - Eldritch Kiss: If Enchantress succeeds in a close combat attack she may opt to do no Damage. The Target is considered friendly to Enchantress until Enchantress's next turn. Place a action Token on the target. This deals 1 pushing damage to a target that receives a second action token in this way. This power has no effect on characters that already have two action tokens

Does the target push? Can the power be used if the target is already pushed? If the target only has one token as a result of this power, who controls them? Can they still be given an action/attack against a character other than Enchantress?
(this is why it would be easier to add the 'friendly' thing to Incap)
I love the kiss idea but I just think it should be something where that person becomes her "slave". This way she can keep doing actions. The Slave would get some sort of power or it would cost her a click of life for every turn under her power, or some kind of penalty. This way she is still usefull and the Mind slave is essentially on her team.
Oh what about if the mind slave has to roll a d6 with 1 - 5 being the rounds under her control. 6 he can break out of it. then on those turns where Enchantress wants to use the slave, she cannot perform an action. On those turns where she is performing the action, the mind slave cannot perform any actions during that turn. Hows that for comic accuracy, and as far as the power being too complicated, well just look at Deathman form DCs Justice League and tell me which one is more "complicated".
But hey its just an idea. I stil like what you've done and it certainly makes her a usefull viable character to field on a team.

To make it like that she would be way way to powerful. I would say 150 points just for that power alone. Just one round makes her VERY powerful.
Why not make the kiss special more like deadman's power. If she wants to resume control she takes a click. If they hit they're character it would interrupt her control- hurting her as well.

I like the dial, but how about this for the Eldritch Kiss instead
Eldritch Enthrall: Enchantress may choose to do no damage in a close combat attack and instead enthrall a male clix. This enthralled opponent cannot take any actions against the Enchantress, and no powers or team abilities on his dial can be used against the Enchantress by the clix or his teammates. Eldritch Enthrall can only be countered by a close combat attack made against the clix by a teammate.
Basically, this shows Enchantress using her stunning beauty to captivate her opponent and the only thing that will "wake them up" is a slap to the face by a teammate.
So, it is not mind controll, but it could take someone out of the fight for much longer. I think it is fairly balanced (also the fact that it would only work on a male click makes it very character appropriate).
