Alright your starting to make me mad, I didn't bring your girlfriend in this. You did weeks ago with your drama queen post about the possiblities of a Dark Crisis Jr. you brought your personally life into the forums. Once YOU bring it here, it becomes open to the realms.

I'm suggesting to write your articles about stuff and characters you know very well, maybe have a group of people write this article. Whats wrong with a rotating cast of writers for this subject? I'm not alone alot of people don't like your articles, but I know alot of people DO like them as well.

I'm gonna write an article on Cyclops. That'll be a 30 page Homer-esque epic.

I just don't think that because something was brought up elsewhere it doesn't need to be thrown into every other thread. That's just bad form. Just because it's there doesn't mean you HAVE to use it. Just bad form in my opinion.

But then again, it's just a forum so whats it really matter?

And if someone doesn't like my articles I hope they are smart enough NOT to read them. Last time I checked no one FORCES them to read them.

To be honest, I've found the relation reviews a little rough around the edges so far. If you're speaking for the community, find ways to squeeze the oddball pieces in. If you're speaking for Wizkids, find ways to spin the figs so that more people want them. If you're trying to educate people on comic history, do your work, because every character is someone's favorite.

I think back to your Summers family review. You basically snubbed Corsair and told everyone that a stiff breeze would blow him over. I don't particularly care for the character myself, but the veteran version is outstanding as a common. He has a 10 AV and RCE, he's pushable, and if your opponent attacks him with his secondary hitter, Corsair will just end up on BCF. He's cheap enough to act as bait, and if your opponent doesn't bother to attack him, he'll pay for it. Parked on an object, a 16 defense plus the hindering bonus is by no means a gimme. Remember what you said? He should've had Leadership.

Before you write another review, please reconsider what your purpose is in doing this. Once you've figured out what you want to do with this opportunity, we'd be happy to see another relation review on the front page.

Kidding aside, this wasn't your best review, but I know you've got better in you for the next one. A little bit more research, and little bit more time invested will make all the difference.

And Finley, you are totally the one who brought his girlfriend into this conversation, and you are totally the one being a jerk at this point. And I am totally a valley girl, apparently. Gag me with a spoon and all that.

I thought he was critical of JonL because instead of stating he didn't know anything or asking for help he just went along with what he wanted. At least DC stated he didn't fully know them and asked for input is much different. Unless there are other cases of this. Very little ever bothers me and just because it's front page material on a internet forumn doesn't need to have it be perfectly done. I actually liked the fact that he called on other realmers to fill in the blanks.

Dont depend on whoclix. It's nice but is only the bareset of information. Go to a search engine like Yahoo or Google and type in

Justice Society or DC universe.

There are lots of resources.

The two directories are good but wikipedia is amazing in how up to date it is. And you'll find inforamtion on just about anything there.

I love to research stuff. It's not hard and you'll appreicate the stuff you'll find and your readers will appreciate you for having brought that info to them.

And what makes you think her and I weren't talking about it? And luckily she's mature enough to know that discussing personal things on a board doesn't mean a whole lot. Why would she be embarressed over people she doesn't know nor will EVER know? Heck you guys know ME and I wasn't embarressed in the least. I was just seeking reassurance and you guys gave that to me in spades and I APPRECIATE that to no end. But had I known I was going to have you all (no not all of you) turn into a pack of wolves and dog me about it at every turn I'd have kept my mouth shut.

And why are we even discussing this again? In a thread that has NOTHING to do with that subject?

Excellent post! As I have been researching teams, and have found all of those sites to be helpful, to some degree.

The hard thing about the JSA, is that it's hard to find a site that deals with them in post-Crisis continuity. Most people who have sites up, either dwell on their original origin, and go from there, or admittedly disregard certain parts of what has been revised.

Hawkman and Powergirl are two of DC's most convoluted characters.
