It looks like they changed the rules for elevated terrain on page 26. You can now make ranged attacks from elevated to grounded (or vice versa) with a line of fire that passes through the outer rim of elevated squares. It used to be that the only elevated square the line of fire passed through was the one that the elevated character was standing on.
It's the same rule....
The only outer rim you are standing on is the one you are on right?
There was a discussion on the judges forum regarding the new "rim" definition. It is agreed that the new book was worded improperly, and that the LOF rules for elevated characters was not meant to be changed. The ICONs rulebook will be FAQed to reword this back to the way we have always played LOF for elevated characters. 45 degree LOF and all that still applies.

I'm glad for that. I like taking the highlander approach to the game, and it gets annoying when I can't shoot people down there just because they left themselves at an appropriate angle.

So they DIDN'T take the opportunity to make it so Wild Cards can choose one TA per turn instead of one per action, which is kinda absurd?
Yeah, that would have been an absurd change to make.

I think the Wild Card rule is great (though not as good as it COULD be). I once had a Rookie John Stewart and a U Shazam. My opponent was in hindering with 2 legionaires. they had declared Superman enemy and outwitted Shazam's HSS. My turn. I go to use GL's RCE on one of them and they declare Batman Ally (stealth). Well, as clarified in the new rules, I have to choose another action (or do nothing) but their team stays. If 1 of the 2 is Batman, then they lose Outwit. Therefore, Shazam has HSS back. YAY!
That's the way it's always been (at least in that case). If they shift to Batman TA on your turn, then they would lose their Superman Enemy TA, and even though they could change it right back to Superman Enemy after the attack, they couldn't USE that TA to reactivate the Outwit until their turn came around again. You can't use Outwit on your opponent's turn.

The wording on Force Blast is bizarre ... is this prevent it from being used with feat / powers / cards that grant free moves ?
Yes. Otherwise you could use FB to deal 1d6 additional damage if you have BCF, or you could apply other "Close Combat Action" effects.

there will be color coded maps
squares in
green will be hindering
blue water
brown blocking
red elevaled

There was a ruling at one point that since the action hadn't taken place, the Batman TA was never acquired. This has closed that loophole.
The things I noticed in reading the PAC that nobody else has mentioned:
GL Corps: At last the team ability is phrased the way it was ruled to work.
Suicide Squad: At last, they got rid of the misleading "this character" phrasing (though they kept it on Steal Energy)!
Superman Enemy: No more getting two outwits with two Mary Janes. Only one of the two will get outwit.
Titans: I like the new phrasing here. It looks like it can be used to get past activation clicks now, since the team member you're healing doesn't have to be injured.
