According to Wizard they had 2 new guys joining the Avengers post Civil War and gave a number of pairs. Well Since Ares has already been confrimed to appear in might Avengers then that leaves his partner to be in the other title whose roister is not yet announced and that means Speedball shouold be on Cap's team

If you mean the Penance being Clor thing... it's Sarcasm because i don't think it will be the case since he has nothing to do with stamofrd. But i think i'd be cool.

Thought cloned Thor was a stupid idea but i'm of the Camp that after you put something out there you use it. If they just brought a cloned Thor for real Thor to crush and destroy or to meet some other end at the end of Civil War I think it makes the whole thing even worse.

A clone killing machine given free will so he feels bad for going berserk and killing Goliath now working to redeem himself for this and other possible things he caused in future civil war related events cursed so while he has asgardian power it can only be used while in pain, either physical or mental. Forcing him to relive all of the evils he's done to give him pain to give him the power to make penance. Sounds cool to me.

Actually I was responding to the Zemo comment with Born Again not the clone thing.
But You know I thought Night Thrasher and if they do I really hope they do a good explanation for his new powers and they do have one ready. He was part of a pact where all the children of a group were to get powers and they would be sacraficed. Well they just reintoruduced the concpt in Tbolts with the Wellspring and tow memebers of the group the Folding Circle so maybe but i dount they will have the sense to use a it of old history unless someone who rembers these details like Fabian was there
