Well ... much to my chagrin ... Tharok would take knockback damage on that hit. The damage dealt (4) would be done before the knockback movement, and he's off CR (replaced by Regen) at that point.

The upshot is Tharok is KO'd and Mr. Mind can MC someone else. More fun for you in the redo.

EDIT: Oh, and for what it's worth, I think that attack would have been close combat (11 vs. 19 for CR), since Super Skrull can't "see" Tharok on the diagonal with the wall and Mr. Mind blocking LOS. Not that it matters on a crit hit.
