That's perfectly understandable, and I won't object to that at all if it's what you want. As it is the Skrull is the only one left on your team who can even hurt Logan and Sue, and with Logan's flurry and 10 atk, cracking your Sue's 18 def shouldn't be much of a problem.

Ah, in that case I would most certainly prefer to play the game through if you wouldn't mind.

I'd never dream of forcing anyone to play through a game if they really didn't enjoy it, but if you don't mind finishing it yourself then I certainly don't mind either

Queen's Court: Turn 11

1) "You can't hide from my senses girl!" Logan snarls, lashing out at the *seemingly* thin air, trying to connect with the Invisible Girl. Logan flurries, first attack against Invisible Girl. 10 atk. vs 18 def. Needs an 8. Roll is: (5,5) for a 10 and a hit (OUCH!)! Sue takes 3 and is knocked back into the wall for 1 more for a total of 4 damage!
Second attack goes at the Mandroid Armour. 10 atk. vs 14 def. Needs a 4. Roll is: (2,4) for a 6 and a hit! Mandroid takes 3 and is KO'ed!

Like a veritable whirlwind of destruction Logan hurls himself into the fray. His keen senses easily locates the invisible girl, and before she can even attempt to raise a forcefield he's on her, slamming her back into an unyielding chimney with a brutal, adamantium laced haymaker. As Sue drops the to ground, barely concious Logan spins on the spot and tears straight through the badly damaged Mandroid Armour, punching through the crumbling plates to drop the agent within with a single blow.

"Heh, and I haven't even popped my claws yet!" Logan grins.

2) "I have you now!" Toad yells triumphantly, leaping high into the air to come down on the head of the Skrull. Skrull roll is: 3, he's good to go.
8 atk. vs 14 def. Needs a 6. Roll is: (1,6) for a 7 and a hit! The Skrull takes 2 and is flattened under Toad's bulk in a most undignified way!


Emma, the Mandroid and Sue all clear, while the Medic wonders what happened to her gear.

Queen's Court: Turn 12

1) Not pausing even for a second Logan continues his furious onslaught, berserker rage building within his soul. Logan tries to flurry the Skrull. Skrull roll is: 2, Logan's not fooled by a longshot. 10 atk. vs 13 def. Needs a 3. Roll is: (5,3) for an 8 and a hit. The Skrull takes 3 and is KO'ed!
Second attack goes for Invisible Girl again. 10 atk. vs 14 def. Needs a 4. Roll is: (4,5) for a 9 and a hit! Sue takes 3 and is thoroughly KO'ed! Logan takes 1 from the push, and that's all she wrote!

Still squirming to free itself from underneath Toad's posterior, the Skrull is left totally defenseless against Logan. A brutal kick straight to the face of the alien invader puts a quick and decisive end to his struggles. Almost faster than the eye can follow Logan follows up the attack with a vicious backhand, connecting cleanly with the chin of the Invisible Girl as she tries to regain her bearings. The strength of the blow tears the head of the young woman straight off her shoulders, exposing the sparking wires and smoking machinery beneath. Another robot!

"I knew something about her scent wasn't right!" Logan growls. The familiar sound, *snikt!* rings out as Logan's deadly claws emerge and a red mist begins to descend before his eyes. "Alright, WHO's NEXT!" Logan howls as the berserker rage claims him, much to the chagrin of the *real* Invisible Girl and Toad who have both noticed that they just ran out of opponents...

Just as Logan is about to throw himself at his team-mates in his frenzy, the calming mental influence of the White Queen washes over his burning mind, freezing him on the spot. "Stand down, brave warrior!" Emma smiles. "You have all fought valiantly to secure victory in the name of your Queen, and for that, she is most grateful. Victory, is Ours!"

Well, that's all she wrote for this game. Thanks for great game, and I hope the luck of your opponents should be balanced out for your next game now (with an incredibly unlucky opponent in the first round, and an incredibly lucky one in this one!). I was really worried about facing V Doom from the start, and throughout most of the game I thought you had me and that the best I could do was to at least make you fight for the win, but with one incredibly lucky Mind Control attack Emma certainly proved me wrong

Well played.... I did not expect the Energy Exp stuff.

For a while I thought the game would end up in a minor win for me.
