2) Grodd grabs Cold with TK, and moves him to C-6.

3) Luthor attacks Phantom Lady. AV 10 on DV 17. Rolls 10 for the hit, SS is 2, so that'll hit for 2 damage. 1 SA Luthor. I also imagine that Luthor's getting a glut of DFD's for all these outwits...
