This royally sucks. Makes it hard for honest newbies like me to get any established trading going.
If this lil punk wasn't on the other side of the country, I'd be down for a drive to go knock him on his ###. Close Combat Expert-style.

Do you see him? I'm pretty sure that's him on the "short bus".
Uh, who wants to bet with me that lojo will get arrested soon? cause it looks like this forums is firing up against him... and something might actually happen!
Instead of calling the police try calling the FBI! I actually just talked to an FBI agent in Buffalo, New York who suggested he be reported to the Internet Crime Complaint Service, you can call 1-800-251-7581 or visit www.ic3.gov. Or just call your local FBI field office and talk to them would be my suggestion.
It's time to nail this hoser, and get his butt put in the clink.

I've actually had experience with the ic3 before...and usually they act very very slow...and may not even act. But talking with the FBI might be better[?], since most of these crimes are past state lines, right?
I run HeroClix tournaments at Shuffle and Cut in La Habra, California. The format of each tournament will be posted here.

Lojo ripped me off, several months ago, on a different site (pojo.com). However, it was on this site that I was able to get information about the guy. According to Loki18, his real name is Damien Rodriguez. I called the venue, where he plays clix, and the owner said he was closer to thirty years old. The 6AV address is the same that he used with me. He used the name Raymond Kochonees.
I called the local police, who told me to call USPS, who told me to call some separate dept. in Pennsylvania. It was ridiculous, every authority I called told me to call someone else. Anyway, I got fed up, and very busy, so I ended up giving up. I think this is what this ####### relies upon. I don't know if there is a statute of limitations on these things, or if strength ion numbers would really apply to it. But, if someone does organize a course of action toward this crook, I'm in.

If you were to use straws and weave a shoe, it would become strong, but if the straw is alone, it would easily snap. You guys must unite, and take the initiative.
