1) "Do you not see the futility of your struggle?" Doom asks, obviously a rhetorical question. "Even with your power combined Doom is beyond you!" Doom unleashes a massive wave of pent-up energy, rushing from his body like a veritable tidal wave! Doom unleashes a Pulse Wave! 10 atk. vs 16 (+1 from terrain) and 14 def. Needs a 7 for both and a 4 for Strange alone. Roll is: (1,6) for a 7 and a hit on both! Strange and Surfer take a click each. 1 SA for Doom and no pushing damage thanks to Indomitable.

Waves of pure power washes over the Defenders, too powerful for even the Surfer to hold back completely though he manages to shield himself and Strange to the best of his ability.

"Such is the power of Doom! Kneel and submit before his might and you may yet receive his mercy!" Doom shouts at the top of his lungs, clearly intoxicated by his own power!

free) Strange finds himself sapped of power, drained almost to the brink by Doom's voracious onslaught. Doom outwits Strange's incapacitate.

No longer levitating and now struggling to stand. Strange utter a quick incantation and unleashed a burst of energy.

1) Strange unleashes a burst of energy, encapsulating Doom and the Kree in the blast. Doom absorbs most of it, but the hapless Kree takes the brunt of the blast! Kree takes 2 damage. Strange gains 1 SA.

"Guess I'm not yet finished..." He whispers to the Surfer with a wry wink.

Surfer will continue to share his defense with Strange.

1) Defiant to the end, eh Strange?" Doom sighs. "Very well, if it must end like this, then so be it!" With these words, Doom unleashes another wave of stolen power at the weary duo. Doom uses Pulse Wave yet again! 10 atk. vs 16 (+1 from terrain) and 13 def. Needs a 3 for Strange and a 7 for both. Roll is: (2,2) for a 4 and a hit on Strange who takes 1 and is KO'ed! 1 SA and 1 KO for Doom!

Ready for the attack this time the Surfer just manages to hold the wave of energy at bay, but Strange is simply too hard pressed to stay on his feet any longer. Drained of every ounce of stamina and magical energy the Sorcerer Supreme finally falls to the ground after the fight of his life!

free) Just as Strange falls, leaving the Surfer and Doom face to face, a chime rings, alerting Doom that the scanning and analysing process has finished. "Ah, just in time!" Doom smiles. "I believe our business is now concluded Surfer. Doom has received what he wanted so there is no need for further debacle. You have Doom's grace to leave his domain and as a token of Doom's gratitude and infinite mercy you may take your fallen comrades with you. You are dismissed!" Doom outwits the Surfer's charge (because he's mean!)
