I am ready to take my final turn. I did leadership roll and then paused the rest of it, but I have a question.
Where Ghost Widow is right now on the stairs, I have no idea if she is elevated or grounded. It is the "2nd tier" of stairs, but those rules always confuse me. Basically, I am wondering this because I need to know:
1) Does Jinx have LOF to Widow? (If Widow is elevated it should be a yes, if not it should be a no)
2) Does Widow have LOF to Monel? (Again, if Widow is elevated it should be a yes, if not, should be a no)

For both answers, I do not think the Widow would be elevated since she is outside the red boundary indicating elevated terrain. I don't think there's any "tiering" of stairs when it comes to LOF. Thus, the only figure the widow has LOF to right now is White Witch.
Here's the relevant sections in the rulebook I found (pg. 12).
* Part of a stairway is on grounded terrain and part is on elevated
terrain; a character must pass through every square of the stairs (from
“bottom” to “top” or vice versa) and cross the boundary between elevated
and grounded terrain in order to change elevation.
* The rim. A square with a red line running through it (marking the
boundary of an area of elevated terrain) is on the rim of elevated terrain. If an elevated character is on the rim of elevated terrain, it can make ranged combat attacks targeting grounded characters and be the target of ranged combat attacks made by grounded characters. If the line of fire between a grounded character and an elevated character crosses any elevated square not on the rim of the elevated terrain, or any square on the rim not occupied by the target character, the line of fire is blocked.

"GET OVER THERE AND HELP THEM KILL THE MONSTER!!!" Torquemada slams his sword in frustration, destroying the desk that Crossbones was hiding behind.
"I notice you haven't joined the fight at all. At any rate, I like these odds." Crossbones starts blasting at the weakened Daxamite. His armor piercing rounds, while not lethal to the injured Legionnaire, are still powerful enough to get his attention.
"Technology wins over nature every time. Watch!!" Black Scorpion smacks Monel in the face with a statue. He staggers, but amazingly, is still ready to bring the pain!
"I have what I need. Now, let's get out of here before the anti-serum wears off."

"Mysa!" Mon-El shouted amidst blows from Crossbones and Black Scorpion. "What did you find?"
"Computo made the repairs to B23 after the intruder left the southwest transmatter room," Mysa spoke into her flight ring. "I'm accessing the manual override controls to jettison the detachable portion of the headquarters now. Brainiac 5's lab, the time bubble hub, the trophy room, the Miracle Machine--"
"All safe," Mon-el sighed and smiled, "and headed for orbit."
"However, Computo's diagnostic report indicates his system has been compromised to an undetermined extent, and I'm seeing a monitor showing the ghostly female cackling in the commons area. I fear these invaders may have obtained something of value to them. What that is, I don't know yet."

"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to dbauers again."
But that's OK. The rep field doesn't give you much room to comment anyhow. Well played, bud. I really thought I'd be able to get a shot on the Lexcorp suit and solve the Outwit problem. This map is much more wide open than I'd ever considered, and outpositioned me in a big way.
Also, mad props for what has to be the best performance by Black Scorpion I've ever seen.

Thank you sir. I admit, I was relieved to not see a lower version of Monel paired up with Ultraboy. This was a wide open map, which helped me out greatly. Still, you were able to make it difficult for me to get a good LOF for anything for most of the match.
Had we played in an indoor with lots of walls, like the office or something, I have a feeling Monel would have laid waste to us. That guy just gets scarier the more damage he takes. I feel very fortunate to have come away victorious in this one. Great game.
I'll give Scorpion your compliments. Only 7 more SAs and he can upgrade.
In one of the early season matches, I daresay the Season 1 championship, Stepper managed to KO someone with Shazam and basically ran away, "taking a knee" to win with the points. Ever since, this has been called a Stepp out. It's a perfectly valid strategy to win, I just usually tend to go for the wipeout.

I think if I recall, he KOed everyone who had range or leap/climb and then went into soaring
But yeah, stepping out is running away when you're winning on points
