Someone get Norm in here. It's great that "you all" have chimed in. Now I want it in "stone".

Taskmaster (WC with Stealth) is assigned to have Ambush. His opponent puts Saboteur on his Silver Surfer. Taskmaster now has the Power Cosmic. He could use Ambush without Stealth being countered.
Next came the Phantom Stranger. It's the same situation, but there's no need to get the TA through some way which isn't likely to ever happen.

But it's not like Harpua, normalview and Quebbster were names drawn out of a hat. They didn't win a Heorclix Deputy lottery and were notified that suddenly their opinions were now tantamount to law.
Instead, there was an observation of their postings over time. Those observations demonstrated that they (a) had a huge understanding of the rules and (b) recognized many times when the rules didn't necessarily directly cover a situation. In the first case, they would explain the rule, often quoting sources from the rulebook and guide. In the latter case, they would state their opinions, demonstrate again with quotes why they thought that was the case, in some cases even quoting support for the opposite perspective to show why they may not be right, and opine accordingly.
Why do some people think that these 3 guys are suddenly going to run amok making changes? The whole POINT is that they've demonstrated responsibility in the past and I for one wanted to recognize that and let people know that these three guys ARE RESPONSIBLE. That if they tell you something and they're quoting something, then you can go ahead and count on it. Will they sometimes be wrong? Yeah, probably. Me, too. I've made a few calls that I've had to back pedal and correct myself. I'm human and will never pretend otherwise.
But I *am* tired of posters (not naming names since I don't remember any) saying that their answer isn't going to be considered "right" until/unless I say so. That's disrespectful and by deputizing them, they can now carry some "clout" that will maybe dial that back a little. They deserve that and the fact that it makes my life easier, well, I won't complain.
Feel free to PM him. He is usually happy to repond.
On the other hand, as Harpua pointed out, this really isn't a new issue.

power—damaging or healing—unless specifically allowed."
Yeah, she can push to knock herself out, but that's going to take some time.

Actually, completely off topic for 193 (168+20+5) i could instead play IC Exp Quicksilver 24, SI Hercules 142, t-bolt them to Batman 5+5, throw pym Particles on each 6+6, and Lunge on Hercules.
quciksilver becomes giant, picks up Herc moves up to 11 spaces ignoring terrain (except walls and inside blocking) ends on an object and sets Herc on one to. So while a 20-ft tall speedster is hiding his face behind a manhole cover, Herc jumps out of a hot dog chart, grows big runs 6 spaces lifting a boulder on the way, smashes a dudes head in moves 2 more ending in a shrubbery, smashing another dudes head in from 2 away (in addition to the 2 lunge) and then the 20 ft tall demigod kneels down and hides behind the bush. Hilarious. Just Hilarious.
Fine. I had no idea you were a "dep-U-Tee" in dese dem here parts.
Congratulations.
I did PM him. I'm stubborn. What can I say?
The orange tint around the avatars signifies a deputy. Currently the list of deputies is: Me, Quebbster, and normalview.
Basically, like in the post from Norm quoted by normalview, the designation is there so that there's no need to have the calls to Norm for an official stamp.
The question has been answered and shown to be accurate with rules citations.
Does the figure meet the prerequisite? Yes. She can use the Stealth power via her SP.
Does she possess the Stealth power? No. Since she does not possess the Stealth power, she has nothing which is able to be countered. The inability to counter the power doesn't prevent the use of the feat.

I thought the uncopyable team abilities didn't work with saboteur, since they can't be copied using the wild card team ability...interesting to know...

Like I said, I REEEEEEALLY don't pay that much attention to the "goings on" on these type of threads. You're giving me way too much credit. So you'll have to forgive me if you guys are "deputies". I had no inkling.
For the record, I know some of you have answered other threads/problems in the past but it was never in a deputized official capacity.
See? I learnt somethin' today.
But you guys are still "Mr. Fancy Pants." There's no changing that now.
Ok. I understand how this works...she can use the power, so she can bre assigned the feat, but she doesn't posess the power, so it can't be counterd...
I told this cool bit of news to my venue's judge, and he said that he will not allow it unless I can show him where it is written in a Wizkids document, the players guide, or some sort of official rules or eratta...where can I find this ruling in writing?
How much can you take, and keep moving forward?
The Green Lantern Corps is DC's version of the US Marine Corps.

In fairness, no such judge can do that, willy-nilly deny something works until they see it in writing.
All they simply need to do is review the FF Rulebook.
Are you a PbP'r (Play By Poster)? Come and check out www.creationmatrix.com; we've got EVERYTHING.

Yeah, it's in the PG:

SABOTEUR†
Saboteur may be assigned to characters that have a team ability that normally cannot be copied. Opposing wild cards would then be able to use that team ability.

I was just letting you know about the orange, really.

Page 19 (via the PG): "If a character can use a power or ability via a special power or trait, it can be assigned a feat with that power or ability as a prerequisite, but it must be able to use the power or ability on its own."
That covers her being assigned the feat.

AMBUSH†
Cost: 5 Prerequisite: Stealth
Choose a character. The character gets +2 to its attack value when it makes a close combat attack while occupying hindering terrain. After the attack resolves, the character’s Stealth is countered until the beginning of your next turn.
Bold: The only prerequisite is Stealth. Countering Stealth is not part of the prerequisite. It is a by-product of using the feat.
Underline: The only thing countered is Stealth. Does Ms. Marvel possess Stealth? No. She has Exfiltration.
