But...but...Darkseid is EVIL! And Pastrami is a variation on Corned Beef, the Manifestation of all that is good in the Universe. He can't...he...beef...make...deli...evil...fire...
dont worry. he lost his job.
This was his last update picture taked last night:

Ah, well, see? I didn't say it was actually "beef". It's a mystery meat he uses, but he passes it off as pastrami.
And don't ask what the meat is or what the head cheese is made of. Let's just say, there doesn't seem to be a lot of parademons around these days.
btw, about Aquaman, Final Crisis and Morrison... In this number of Blackest Night 0 Hal say this: "there were rumors of (Aquaman) resurfacing during Darkseid's attack, but they were just that... RUMORS"
it is obvious that Johns DON'T PLAY with the fans (like others do) Johns want to give you the story streat without confusions and make the points clear.
Is very clear that he is really concern about the story, and that all made sense for this epic saga and for the fans. He could easy leave all vage but no. He is doing a good job taking care of even "details" like this.
To be fair, I don't think Grant Morrison was playing with the fans with his Aquaman ideas. I think he legitimately wanted to create a springboard for others to build on in the revivification of Aquaman. I highly doubt he was trying to step on anyone's feet or jerk around the fans.
That said, the Aquaman section of this comic, which I've also seen, does look pretty cool. I will have to step back from my initial revulsion of this idea and pick up Blackest Night anyway.
I will be intensely disappointed, however, if this story doesn't specifically address Aquaman's return as a living, water-breathing hero. My patience for Aqua-Zombie is low. If he's left that way for long, then I'd say that Johns, indeed rather than Morrison, is the one jerking fans around. Morrison at least offered us a workable hero. By the end of Blackest Night, Johns had better do the same.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.

Actually, it's been said before, the Aquaman in Final Crisis was of another Earth, rather then of "New" Earth.
And come to think of it, there were already two of Aquaman on New Earth before FC. One that apparently died and the other who was most recently seen trying to get into the "Outsiders" team.
the skull isn't Bruce Wayne's, he's still alive. misplaced in time, but still alive. Dan Didio was actually very clear about this in an interview at the new york comicon. Bruce Wayne is not dead, just missing for a little while.
So the skull that Black Hand dig from the unmarked grave next to the graves of Thomas and Martha Wayne didn't belong to Bruce Wayne. The grave didn't have the bones from the decayed body of Batman from Final Crisis #6 that Superman was carrying?
Isn't it possible that while Brucie is misplaced in time and space that he did leave a corpse behind?

IT'S DC'S BIG SURPRISE FOR NEXT YEAR Bruce was dead until Dick and Alfred dug him up and then went on a secret mission to drop him in a "Pit" but for right now the only other person who knows is Superman and doesn't Kara have a Legion ring for him to "barrow". It's a very complicated plot hatched by Bruce to build a secret army against Darkseid (who's original body will be raised), The BLACK LANTERNS, and the anti life equation. The army will consist of The League of Assassins with Bruce as the Demons Head. He must let the world think that he is dead until the forces of evil become so over confident they screw up and it's at that momment Bruce will return with his army and just maybe they'll be armed with a special "Yellow" WEAPON.

I think I saw you come up with this several months ago in another thread............SO...........instead of bashing you like others did (and I'm slightly inclined to), since you're stating this as a fact, please tell me where you're getting this from.
If you cannot provide either a source or some other substantial proof, I must ask you to put two essential words in front of all of your subsequent posts: "I THINK....".
If you do that, you're covered and won't come across as some know-it-all wannabe, but rather just a very imaginative fan, which is cool.
Vamroc's been throwing that idea around as fact for some time now without any evidence. Just as before, I don't believe it. Who knows though? Maybe Vamroc's predictions will come to pass. I doubt it though.

So, lemme have it:
I've stated before I spoke to someone that went to the 07 NY COMICON and they got to chat with a writer on RIP Batman who explained the whole deal with Batman, why he disappeared, why he had to stay dead, and when he'll return. Yes this whole RIP/ Final Crisis/ In Blackest Night triangle has been years in the planning. The Lantern Prophecy even states the War of Light shall consume the universe and after shall come a NEW BEGINING and the only way to have a new begining is if everything from the old universe dies. It's the eternal cycle of Life, Death, and Rebirth the same is said to happen for Earth in 2012 we'll becoming to the end of a major epoch in the Mayian calander and as a result our way as we have known it will end. Then next cycle will start and it is supposed to be a time of peace, growth, and understanding.
