Reading your turn more carefully, Hawkeye can't use his triple arrow incap trick. He's being based, so he can't make a ranged attack, so he can't use his three arrows. He can only target 1 and Junkpile can't be one of your choices.

I get him being based and not being able to target Junkpile (who's not basing him) but he should be able to target both Wolvie and ST. Still, if that's the rule give it to Wolvie.

"Whatever you say, Fury," Mystique said. She took a shot at the Black Widow, but her blaster fire bounced right off her armor.

"Not even my high powered rifle can punch a hole in that armor, Colonel," the sniper said.

"Then leave it to me and a good ol' fashioned explosive arrow," Hawkeye said firing off said weapon. It hit Iron Widow's armor and detonated, but left not even a scratch.

"If you're all quite finished...?" the Black Widow asked.

Meanwhile on the roof Wolverine lunged at the Scarlet Witch, stepped on a patch of oil, slipped and fell into the Sentinel Trooper, spoiling his shot at Hawkeye. "Really Wolverine, you ought to know better than to mess with me," the Witch said.
