Be sure to let me know who I missed! The article came out pretty long as it is, but I'm sure there are figures I missed that Flurry with the best of them!
Superman Prime has his "I'm a Hero!" power, where when he flurries he deals penetrating damage. (edit) Nevermind, I didn't notice somebody already said that.
I do have a question on how flurry works, based on the wording:
Flurry- Give this character a close combat action. It makes two separate close combat attacks as free actions (making two separate attack rolls) against one or two adjacent targets. Resolve the first attack before making the second. If this character loses Flurry before it makes the second attack, it can’t make the second attack.
So you give a character a close combat action. The character gets 2 separate free actions (in the form of close combat attacks). You do the first close combat attack, resolve it, than do the second one. Does that mean you click the dial between them? The explanation provided up top says that it is effected by steal energy, but what about pushing? Isn’t clicking the figure the last thing you do, after all actions have been resolved?
Pushing damage would not be taken untill after both attacks are completed. steal energy is immediately after resolution of the attack.
also I love this article and am looking forward to the others in this series as its nice to see people's opinions on what they find most playable for a particular power need.

you forgot about the best charge/flurry of all...Chase AA Batman!!!

You actually heal after each attack hits. Steal Energy works that way and that's why Zombie Hulk is nasty...he can Flurry/Steal Energy back to his 1st click from the 3rd.
Whoops...pushing...yeah, pushing's different. On click 1, Flurry/SE won't save you from a push. However, it'll allow you to STAY on click 2 if you have that combo by then.

you should update the article with the suggestions.
E whirlwind while being equally lame is cheaper AND has Sinister Syndicate. I've seen someone use him in an all Sinister Syndicate team with ICWO and Perplex on damage copying 11 AV.
Also compel essentially means 4 attacks. perplex and other attack/damage bonuses in conjunction with compel is even crazier with shield disruptor!
middle flurry clicks are also very good on a lot of figs. RV Namor for FF was pretty good with that. So was U Wolverine (AW). ICWO is probably better than perplex in most situations. ICWO with oracle on card makes your flurry guy even crazier.
Eh, duo is more like...Flurry 1.5 with the damage reduction on the back click. The ranged aspect gives it an upgrade, so I'll give you that
Some things I was surprised weren't mentioned:
Ranged Flurry. JL Green Arrow, Two Gun Kid and (I think) Hitman are all ranged flurry monsters with some Perplex in the mix. Sure they have to be different targets most of the time, but still
Feat Compatibility. Lunge is fantastic with Flurry, being able to move two squares between each attack is amazing. Generally eliminates that 'knockback' annoyance pretty handily with the right damage/positioning . Maneuver - if they get knocked back by either, yank them back to you at the end of your attacks with Maneuver. Vampirism - For those Blades pieces, gives you the opportunity to have blades AND steal energy.
Just some thoughts on my part

Interesting article. I have always detested close combat encounters (my friends usually liked the bruisers and martial artists.) Seeing a new twist on the flurry ability really reminded me of why Heroclix is/was such an intriguing strategy game. It's great to see players discussing combos and new tactics. Keep up the good work.
Not sure if this fits here, or in a different article, but it is somewhat related. The Duo ability. it allows two attacks that aren't limited to just close combat.
One of my favorite combos is Flurry/Poison. This would usually deter many from staying based from that character, especially when it was combined with Stealth.
Though CR Nightwing & SI Spider-Man have the nice combo of L/C & Flurry. Many people forget they ignore elevation for close combat attacks.

Logan's contemporary was Spiral, who emphasized the Flurry over the Blades. Spiral was a 'TK bomb' if ever there was one, and still is considered the penultimate Flurry/Blades figure by many.

You mentioned TK but taxis are also pretty good.
Also the duo attack is basically Flurry 2.0.
I've updated a few times when I missed something that I would have liked to included. Other times (like with Talia), I actually ended up removing them because my goal in this article is to raise awareness of a power and how it's used differently, not completely cover it. To that end, showing the origins of Blades/Flurry was more important, and I figured if people weren't seeing Talia at the tourneys, they could find her in the units section (per my suggestion).
Namor and Wolverine both have Flurry incidentally; no one uses them for that, it just is a nice perk when it shows up.
