One of the Best Heroclix pieces ever, point wise. This guy brings the pain to the table - Literally. Wonderful representation, and very cost efficient for team building. Big Ultron Fan so I'm a little biased, and he Crit Hit Pulsewaved for 20 Clicks of Damage (no nova blast)!!!!!! Dial is top heavy, but with the right set up Ultron is ruthless.
Ho, I really wish I could have one. He looks so awesome ! And he has the Masters of Evil keyword !! You can make a 400 pts thematic team with Enchanress HoT, Moonstone HoT + Thunderbolts and this monster. I need one. Now !
You know everyone loves to be the villain. Hugh Grant
Did anyone else notice that his mind control power works against all the colossals except Onslaught and Frost Giant? It'd probably never get pulled off... but still.
As has been stated, he's really good. I think he's cost efficient, but not broken. I'd like to see that EE gone (I don't much care for the power if the figure doesn't have double-target) in exchange for some better combat values in the middle (or end) of the dial. The new PW rules really help him out and make his Charge a lot better.

You do realize that Onslaught has the Armor keyword right ^_^
And I am sure you may have ment GSX when you said all the colossals but the only Colossals he can MC without taken MC damage is:
Onslaught
Apocalypse (and the TRU Exclusive)
Nemesis
Sentinel Mark II (and the TRU Exclusive)
Sentinel Mark V (and the TRU Exclusive)
Advanced Sentinel
Sentinel
Sinestro Corps Anti-Monitor
So there are 11 Colossals so far he can MC without taken damage. Be pretty funny to MC Onslaught ^_^ lol

Keep in mind that even though you can pulse wave while based, it is still not a close combat action so it is not compatible with charge. Charging on turn 1 then pulse waving on turn 2 is doable though.

I'm really looking forward to getting this piece. His attack value, defense, damage, and of course the powers make this piece a threat up close or at range. I tend to roll like crap, so that 12AV value is more then needed. The problems I see with him are that his defense value tends to plummet. One good hit and he's easy pickens. Mind you that hit is going to be hard to come by with his massive 12 range, but stealth pieces will give him a few fits (Provided they are out of pulse wave range). The lack of running shot also hurts him, but as stated earlier, with a 12 range, there are very few pieces that this guy isn't going to see on the map. I wish they'd make it so that robots couldn't be healed, but also couldn't be mind controlled. Used in the right hands though (Meaning not me), this guy is pretty much unstoppable with a player that is keen on positioning.
I finally got one and I decided to play him in the Infinity Gauntlet event. Not only did he not take 1 click of damage in all 3 rounds but he got me the win. I thought at first he wasn't all that but it my fault seeing that I rushed him up close knowing he has a 12 range but aftyer today's win there is no way I'm parting with him
Maybe I just went against him in the hands of inexperienced players, but I've never had that much trouble with him. The first click is very, very nice, but he'd be much better with Running Shot than Charge. The lack of a move and attack from range, kind of limits the benefit of his long 12 range and his Pulse Wave. And after a single decent size hit his values plummet and his powers become much less useful and he has no damage reducers. Outwit his Imperv (or use PB) and hit him for 3 and he's a couple average damage hits from dying. I guess I just expect a little bit more from him after taking a hit.
I won't rate him until I play him though. Really would like to get one, because I think he is very useful if played right, maybe just not as much as his reputation.
