Toyman is a giant so once you get within 2 squares cheetah has to stop. So you can't base toyman.

"Hello kitty," Toyman reached into his bag and pulled out a baby doll, "This is Baby Burps Alot...when you squeeze her tummy," Toyman squeezed the doll, which let out a deafening burp, blowing the alien cat into the wall, "It does that!"

Sinestro ducked as the sound of the burp ricocheted off the walls, causing his yellow beam to miss the alien with green hair.

"Warn me next time, Toyman..." Sinestro said through gritted teeth, shaking his fist toward the man atop the Barbie.

"Say excuse me next time, Baby Burps Alot..." Toyman shook his finger at the baby doll.
