How can he declare what his wildcards are using in the middle of the mind-control action? I would have thought they would have to keep using the team ability they were using when the mind-control was declared.

Okay, I saw them, but... all of them are talking about figures involved in the mind control getting exceptions to the usual course of events. In this case, figures that have nothing to do with the mind control action are changing their wild cards inside the mind control action. That doesn't seem like the same kettle of fish to me, though I suppose you're saying it is, so... that answers that I guess. : - )

wait, I guess it would have to be that way because otherwise people being targeted by a mind-controlee wouldn't get a chance to change their WC in response.
