40s: Dr Mid-Nite, Atom, Black Condor, Doll Man, Human Bomb, Ray, Black Canary, Zatara, Ibis, Star Spangled Kid and Stripesy!
FWIW, I put the Freedom Fighters in the 70s, as I believe their first DC appearance was in that decade.
I also moved a couple other heroes out of their first appearance decade (like Catwoman, originally "The Cat") into later decades when I thought they had more impact. Hope that makes sense.
CarlosMucha: that is like be running in a Olimpic race competition just one step to get the gold and then a Giant children place a mirror in your side and you discover what you are really a hamster over a whell and the gold is just a slice of chess. Avatar Summoning: Original GotG, Melter, Whiplash
Im just gonna stick with a Top 5 i wanna see, because my comic book knowledge doesnt go past the 80s. (and sadly mostly Marvel)
1. John Constantine (the OP mentioned it and i 100% said "HELL'S YEAH")
2. Booster Gold (non duo)
3. Atrocitus (because frankly, it's about time and he looks beastly)
4. Killer Croc (if they are making a Bane remake, why not him too :D)
5. PREACHER !!!!!!!!!!! (Jesse Custer to be specific. I know he was a Vertigo comic, but they are part of DC, amarite?)
On an off topic: If vertigo characters arent gonna be included in DC sets, they need to be their own collector's set, pleez.
90s
1. Vril Dox II
2. Stealth
3. Strata
4. Resurrection Man
5. Jack O'Lantern (Liam McHugh)
00s
I honestly can't think of any characters from the current decade that interest me.
DOH!!! REP to you for reminding me of Mitch Shelly, Resurrection Man! One of my favorites I've been waiting for...just forgot for this list. I can't possibly imagine how they would do his dial except for the wickedest SP set you can imagine. The figure dies every clix and comes back with a new power set (rainbow dial). Heck they could make an entire set out of AE's of Mitch everytime he kicks the bucket! LOL

While I wholeheartedly would love to see a Preacher set or figs, I don't think those will make it though. I don't know the exact terms of the Vertigo Imprint, but the creators do have some control and Preacher was firmly entrenched in Vertigo. From what I remember, Garth Ennis had to actually retract the notion that the essence that came upon Jesse was derived from a storyline in Hellblazer, in order to maintain creator control of the characters.

Yeah I have to back you up on this one, unlike Constantine and the Trenchcoat Brigade Preacher started in Vertigo and remained there...like Spider Jerusalem...

To me this is hilarious. You say you love Bwana Beast yet you only pick his replacement
I picked his replacement due to the decade I chose him for on the list. Original B'wana had retired and passed on the mantle. I could have gone with the original but chose his successor due to stronger ties to the current continuity and his murder in Cry for Justice.
If that's hilarious to you...you need a humor upgrade.
moving on...
