I know you love Scuba Steve, but I think you missed this:

Energy Explosion, Flurry, more life, higher speed & higher defense for the bee guys vs. Toughness and the second 2 damage moved a slot forward for Scuba Steve.

Possibly, but as mentioned in the beginning, Enhancement can be used many times even ten a turn. While Perplex can't.

Plus Yukio is still able to do what she does after being attacked or after Earthquake is rolled in Golden Age.

R Tessa and any version of XPlosion Psylocke are my favorites.

When you mentioned the energy explosion thing, It brought to mind one of my favorite stories. I was playing in a marquee for xplosion and I had V psylocke and V Iron man. I running shot energy exploded onto my opponents V Mandarin and an adjacent fig and hit w/ a critical, 3 damage to 6 figures all grouped together (double target) and then next turn did the same, minus the critical and took out the Mandarin on the second turn! That was a once in a lifetime attack, expecially w/ the old crappy Iron Man. I miss the old rules sometimes.

(Damage) Darkseid's Motivational Techniques : (non-optional) When an adjacent friendly character makes an attack, modify that character's damage value by +1 for that attack. If the attack misses all targets, deal the attacking character 1 unavoidable damage.

It's worth noting that his version of Enhancement works with close combat attacks as well, and it stacks just like normal Enhancement does.
He's a flier with the Soldier keyword, so that also adds to his utility.
I don't know that Soldiers have a lot of options for taxi's, and despite his 6 speed while carrying, this guy does a decent job of adding mobility to your squad.

You'll need to make sure these attacks hit with PC, Perplex, or Contigency Plan, but even if they don't, Parademon Drill Sergeant has 6 clixs of consistent numbers if you can give him some defense support from the rest of the team.

I love that flash. Having him next to multiple duos is awesome. Espicially love teaming him up with Green Lantern/Green Arrow as they don't take the -1 for the second attack.

Gotham Detective just rocks. It's like a 27 point feat adding damage and attack (well lowering defense now) to your homies. Blackfire 48 plus Cris 27= 75. 5 damage, equivalent of 10 attack

i must say blue flash rocks for enhancement the ability to move from one pocket of shooters to another while taking an attack of his own makes him just awesome. On top of that he perplexes any freindly click too. WOW

just want to say checkmate white knight, she has a 9 to attack, has an 8 range (pretty good) has a 2 damage and is only 29 points and has super sences, hard to hit, can make those range attacks once its partner beside her weakens the main target then she gets outwit. pretty awsome if you ask me. made a 300 point spy team with
