Isn't August General at 3/8? Shouldn't he have a 16 DV?

He took 2 clicks total on my Turn 6 (1 from Cap, 1 from Tony), another click from Cap on my Turn 8, and 1 click from pushing on your turn 9. This would leave him at 4/8 at the beginning of my turn.

Iron Man hit for 3 damage, reduced to 2 by Toughness, leaving him at 2/8 before Cap attacked.

Ah forgot about the push damage. Okay August General will use a Theme PC to reroll Cap's attack.
