At a first glance this looks inane; the costume is neat, but the concept is a ehad-scratcher. That said, I'll let the writing speak for itself. I can never tell if something will be good or not with any certainty, not with just a picture.
You remember at preschool where the teacher gave you a drop of each colour paint and told you to make a nice picture, but you just mixed all the paints up until your piece of paper just had an amorphous brown smudge all over it?
White is the complete lack of color. Black is the total presence of color.
I meant in story-line during Blackest Night or w/e when they all combined their powers and the White Lantern appeared all Captain Planet like. However you aren't completely correct with your science either, especially since we're dealing with light not the actual "color", but this is a Heroclix website so I digress.

"Temporary Hi-Jack of thread in progress."
Thanks Fred, gotcha regarding the comic book angle. Did not follow the White Lantern stuff so cannot really speak to that. Regarding colors, I was referring to more of a subtractive thought instead of a additive thought. I understand how our eyes perceive color from a prismatic point of view, but color, to me, has always been more of a philosophical issue. This has been the source of long conversations between me and my best friend (an Optometrist).
I actually would LOVE to see that. New Guardians might be the best Green Lantern book right now, it's really fun and original. I'm glad to see that the New 52 is getting some love on the realms as well.
Question: Is anyone else happy that all 7 rings didn't turn him into a White Lantern? This is much more interesting.
