I second the 2099 and Age of Apocalypse subthemes with a suggestion of taking out Bloodhawk or adding in Xi'an Chi Xan as the last SR. As for the LEs, why not make those the LEs for the set maybe with an AoA keyword (Marvel needs a few story based KWs I believe)
I just threw in Xi'an Chi Xan as the last SR. If nobody else says anything until we get there in the dials, that's the guy. AoA is a good idea, we'll probably go with that for the LEs. Thoughts on which characters in the set should have an AoA version?
That's Absorbing Man, btw. But I do love my abs, too.
I've got 3 dials right now, one without a cost (from splodem's thread, which he's given me permission to use). If you think you can make a good Captain America dial, please give it a shot.

Ricochet: When Captain America makes a ranged combat attack that hits more than one character, give each hit character an action token after actions resolve. Super-Soldier: Captain America can use Super Strength, but only to pick up and carry light objects. Behind the Shield: Captain America can use Energy Shield/Deflection and Toughness.

I was very impressed by how balanced the above dial was, and I liked the Ricochet power, since it allows him to both hurt and stun two people at once, which he does a lot in the comics. The other two I got with costs both probably displayed his leadership a little better, but I thought they were just too powerful overall.
Again, if you want other people to see what you've submitted, you're free to post it. I think I'll refrain from posting every dial I receive from now on. Next up is Wolverine.

DOWN, BUT NOT OUT: Once per game, when Wolverine would be K.O.'d, remove him from the map and place a marker in the square he last occupied. This square cannot be occupied by another character, and is considered clear terrain for line of fire purposes. At the beginning of your next turn, roll a D6 and subtract 2 from the result, with a minimum result of 1. Heal Wolverine that many clicks of damage from his last K.O. click, and place him back on the square he last occupied and remove the marker from the game. I GO WHERE I WANNA GO!: Wolverine can use Charge and Stealth. When Wolverine occupies hindering terrain and uses Charge, he ignores hindering terrain and opposing characters for movement purposes.

Apologies if I went a little fast with that last dial. We were pretty far down on the page, so I figured those who wanted to submit a dial for Wolverine had already done so. The cost for that guy's flexible, so let me know what you think about 155. On to Doctor Strange.
