For his powers and range he would get more out of them and be able to target more people. It's all part of his cost.
I agree this makes more sense, but the card does not really detail that. Is there any rules support, or is this just one of those things a rules deputy is going to come in and say "well why wouldn't you do it this way?"

Just to make sure I have all of the questions being asked.
- If gong to the issue 4 dial from a previous issue, do you remove the 2x2 from the 3x6 and place him somewhere in the 3x6 area previously occupied...or does he remain on the 3x6 base?
- If playing only issue 4, do you have the choice to play as the 2x2 or the 3x6?
- If the 2x2 base is being used and you go to the 3x6, what happens if there is no legal placement available?

Those sound like all the questions to me.

In that case, my opinions:
- You would replace the 3x6 with the 2x2.
- No...issue 4 is always on the 2x2.
- You'd go to the closest legal spot, unless none exists. If none exists, then KO.

Thanks for the responses. Now the fact that you preface them with "my opinions" means they could potentially change?
Not that I anticipate them to. Nothing unreasonable about any of those.

DROWN IN TIME: Once per turn, give Thanos a power action. Each opposing character must choose to be dealt 1 unavoidable damage or it can't attack Thanos during its next turn.
Activate mystic damage? It's confusing me because the damage is being dealt but is it an attack?

Does the power use the word attack anywhere in it's description?

My heart tells me that I really just wanted a straight yes or no but I should have known better than to ask a rules question in the rules forum and expect a straight answer.

How do you ever expect to learn anything if you're just spoon fed the answers?
Sheesh. Kids these days.

Too true. However I'm not being taught anything here except a lesson in frustration. How about you teach me how to do a search so that 100 different threads do not come up? What do I have to type in? Is it more effective to use quotes or commas?
