To make sure I have the questions:
My opinions on those:
2) You are using the dial regardless of whose turn it is. If it is past the beginning of the turn, then you can't use it. (If you pick up Leadership mid-turn, do you get to use it? No. I wouldn't see why this would be different.)
You got all my questions in the list.
If that's the case it will Suck for Terraxia on the 400 point if this is the case. Since 99% of the time he's knocked onto the dial he won't be able to summon her. Which makes me think the intention is not for it to be exactly this way. Thanks for the help in the interim!

You bring up a good point.

Terraxia At the beginning of the first turn using this dial, you may place #009 Terraxia on the map adjacent to Thanos.
1) Does this target? IE, does it bypass FRI?
2) Does the first turn using the dial actually mean the first turn for Thanos' controller to be using this dial? If it means what it actually says, what happens if it is past the beginning of the first turn?
3) If you cannot give the figure two tokens, can you give him any? Can you even place the character?
My opinions on those:
1) No, nothing indicates targeting.

3) I'd say that it is all or none for the action tokens. You are attempting to give him two tokens one time, not one token twice. If the guy has one already, since two would make three, the two cannot be placed. Only the tokening would be prevented, though. Placement would still happen.
The power states place character in it own starting area, do you place the character in a starting area alone or can he be placed in any starting area except his friendly force?

The other characters on the force have no effect on this power: Thanos will put one character back in that character's starting area (and token them).

Since I plan on playing Thanos and couldn't fine a definitive answer from searching, I'll re-ask here.
Has this been resolved? The Terraxia power:
TERRAXIA: At the beginning of the first turn using this dial, you may place IG #009 Terraxia on the map adjacent to Thanos.
This is not guaranteed to happen if playing the game as a continuous battle and get hit passed this click?
Not arguing anything, just want to make sure this is the right way to play it, as it seems a bit odd.
He must begin the game with the correct dial. Otherwise, no, he can't place Terraxia on the first turn.
I'm kind of confused by the response.

Terraxia's power doesn't say anything about the beginning of the game, just the beginning of the first turn using that dial.
So lets say it's turn 5. The opponent KO's issue 2. You go to issue 3. If his turn was over, you could then activate this power correct, since it's this is the beginning of the first turn using this dial?
However, if Issue 2 was KO'ed before the end of the opponents turn and he proceeded to knock Thanos off that power, then he couldn't summon Terraxia, correct?
Not saying you didn't say that. Just didn't quite understand your response fully.

Sorry, I misunderstood your question (and read the description of the effect too fast, it appears).
You are correct, beginning of the game is not necessary. Just that he (Thanos) begins a turn with this click... so where is the problem? He either begins a turn with it, or he doesn't. This is no different than other "at beginning of the turn, do X" effects.

No problem. Just clarifying it, as someone pointed it out as odd since it seemed like being able to summon Terraxia was something that should always happen and Harpua said that was an interesting point and seemed like he was looking into it.
I have no problem with it, just wanted to make sure. Thanks!
