Very true. Brainiac 5's latest attempt was a bit of a let down. Comparing clix to clix, Booster does have Brainiac 5's force field. But WK has underpowered that particular power.

That aside, this is a damn near perfect Booster Gold that will be seeing a lot of play from me.

It's WK's typical MO to never make a character 100% perfect,

It will take me winning Gen Con to get the ultimate Booster Gold.

But with this version in play now, I doubt I'll ever see the need to make him.

Did anyone notice he is figure #52? That's a nice little tip of the hat.

After only two pages...I must agree with all of the above.

This version is indeed short of definitive.

We'd need an additional 50-75 points spent on:
stronger defensive powers
a removeable skeets tied to his Prob SP
given instead of SP
a bump to his attack on clicks 3 and 6

But hey, I'm already thinking I'm going to need several copies since I'm going to wear out the dial from use.

I'm always happy when a character I don't need another version of is in the SR category because that's one less I have to track down.

That said, I can see why his fans are happy. He's a good clix.

I've never truly understood the love for this character but I'm liking the SPs. Better hope you don't get Outwitted though cause there isn't much else there.

Really? And here I was sick of seeing so many characters whos stats never seem to change and have 10s and 9s the entire dial.

For sure! I can hardly see any gold on his costume. Whats up with that?! I don't see why they redid his costume, especially after his redesign from 52 pick up looked so sharp and Iconic.



I just want to say that other than missing some Barrier I'd say he's dang perfect really. Well, I woulda gave him Charge over Flurry, but I like it. His Prob seems a little overpowered IMO (he coulda had normal Prob and been fine), but overall I am very pleased! I love his Skeets power! Running Shot for 3 damage, next turn push to use duo for 5 and then land on Toughness for protection with Prob Control! I love it! It just seems odd he has Flurry and the Duo power on the same click, as that seems rather redundant.
