Below average attack, movement, defense and damage values? Why?
If Catwoman gets an 11 attack, how can someone justify THIS dial?
If this figure came out in Justice League it would have been "good for the points". As is, Harley is all wrong.
I can't see where the 50 points went. At least if she had Indom, maybe she'd be more playable. Now you have to have hot or loaded dice. No well known figure should have a dial with no 10 attacks at all.
Boo.
Hopefully the other Harleys in the set are all a lot better. And I really hope there is a Poison Ivy that has a BFF power that improves attacks by at least +1 when Gotham Sirens are on the team. This dial tells me there has to be a Joker with that ability for sure...
I bet the must have Harley will be in the Microset...
I don't hate this piece, but I'm not especially happy with it. Unless Joker or Ivy has an ability that synergizes with "A Harley," making this one the cheap way to trigger the ability, she doesn't work well with anyone. Her points put her just above the GCPD riot squad from the movie set and the hired goons from this set, and both of those figures are more useful in their proposed teams. Hell, she's actually weaker than Golden Age Robin from DC10th. The sculpt is beautiful though, and I'm not saying I'll never use her, but at this point, I'm still holding out for the gravity feed Harley, and my older Harley figures will probably see more play. She has low values, and even if she can do up to 4 damage with a ranged attack, the chance of her consistently hitting with that attack is sporadic at best. She's more likely to get taken out before doing anything.
She can still be used as an inefficient taxi/MM fodder/harasser but most of her usefulness only comes from the hope that you're opponent will ignore her long enough to do something useful.
With limited keywords, low point value, and even considering that most of her standard powers are either named after the hyenas or the hammer, I agree that it felt a little half assed. I want more low point figs, but I disagree that she should get so little love when we have generics worth a lot more.
It's...okay. It doesn't make me want to go out and buy boosters, and it's a little disappointing for those of us waiting for a better Harley. She seems a bit overpriced (she'd be WELL worth using at 40 points), there's no Perplex, there's no Gotham Underworld keyword. I don't HATE this piece, but she's definitely not inspiring. It feels like a lot of potential was left on the table here.
This is a great summary of this figure. For a character with such a colorful personality, this dial is very bland. I think that is the disappointment people are feeling about it.
The random power lay out and bad stats make this a 30-40pt dial. Plus no Batman Enemy TA? Really? While not an affront to all plastic she isnt -good-. Here is to hoping for better versions in the micro set(s).
not terrible, but I was really expecting more. I've always thought Harley Quinn should be a wildcard, makes perfect sense, but underworld is alright I guess...
But such low stats... ugh Maybe some exploit weakness and perplex? I mean she is pretty much the female Joker right? Hope the CTD version is better than this.
A quick comparison between this figure and D10A Batgirl (42pts) and it leaves me thinking, Harley would be more fairly priced at 42-45pts, and a feel-good purchase for 40.
As it is, I'd send Batgirl or a DKR Mercenary or a Falcone Bodyguard against her, and feel confident of Harley's defeat. And I'd likely bring any of those figures instead of her in a build and save 5-8 points.
Know what might have sold this better for me? A dual dial! One Joker sidekick Batman cartoon flavor; one Secret Six/Suicide Squad flavor. At 5 clix there's room for two...
Here's hoping the other Harley dial is awesome!

I still like the Icons starter and HT Rookie Harley way better than this one at about half the cost. Their low AV's are a non-issue with the Bat Enemy TA, which the lack of really hurts the usefulness of this one.
Love the sculpt though. And thank *random deity* that they went with the classic look instead of the DCNu look.

This piece isnt going to carry anybody a whopping 4 squares.
I like the original Harley, but if you compare the two this has much, much better stats for only 8 points.

best harley made yet! (granted, that's not saying much)
lots of use, not point and click. best advantage is the udnerworld carry + improved movement. will make her very useful. wish she had be ta, cause that would alleviate all of her offensive problems. if the last click had an av spike for the hyenas, that'd be awesome
my biggest gripe is the kw, particularly secret six
Yeah, it's a shame that she doesn't have the Batman Enemy Team Ability in addition to the Underworld Team Ability, that would be a great improvement for her. This dial kind of gives a pretty good idea of how much you get when you cram Underworld TA and the Improved Movement stuff in a very small package.
if anything i wish she was a reverse white tiger have the early aggression then later on switch to a passive perplexer with stealth.
In most stories I have seen with her and the Joker, that has been her MO

I think that's been the problem with this set.... everything has been okand that's it.

Again, as with the above quote; Harley with NO perplex? It's what she is, it's what she does....

I don't mind the numbers so much, but the first click is awkward; and with Super Senses, when she DOES get knocked off that first click she's gonna' fly right past all that interesting stuff in the mid-dial.
I think that, and the lack of perplex are the #1 and #2 reasons this dial is not connecting with the masses.

Of course "deep into a group of characters" is subjective. She starts with the below average movement speed of 6. Carry someone and its 4 spaces she can move.
16 defense means you better roll your Senses because most attacks will hit her. 15 defense follow up with CR means a second attack will score the opponent 50 points.
If one is committed to using her, she will be overlooked completely and that player may pull off some trick with a lucky roll. THAT is the kind of thing Thugs and Minions should do. Harley is a named, recognizable character. She should never be reduced to that roll and yet she has been in everyone one of her versions.
At least with the other versions she often brought Perplex or Outwit to help the team. Here, the ability to carry other Underworld Team Ability characters for 4-6 spots. That's is a circumstantial benefit at best.
TOUCHDOWN!!!

And I think that is what most (not all) are feeling towards this set. If you're going to put out as much Batman in one year a you have, you have to trump your previous efforts. I'm not sure (overall) WizKids has done that with this set (Big Barda and The Black Queen aside....).
