Story:

Ragdoll jumps out in front of Deadshot! "Oh my friends, I may be a bit... " He faints, collapsing in a heap in front of his companions. Deadshot laughs, clearing his guns. "Well, you asked for it." He puts a bullet clean into the middle of Wolverines forehead. Wolverine drops to the ground in a heap, but quickly hops back to his feet, the hole closing. "Damn, would'ya look at that?"

"Yes," Bane responds. "It is tiresome."

1) Ragdoll pushes to move to I-8, K.O.ing himself and activating the Suicide Squad T.A. healing Deadshot (its annoying Bane doesn't have it.) Minimum result is 1 so Deadshot is back to top click.

2) Deadshot attacks Wolverine with Time To Set Up the Shot. Needs 6, rolls 5, 1. Hit. TTPC from Iceman, Needs 6, rolls 3, 5. Hit. Wolverine takes 4 penetrating, which drops him back to his stop click.

(I assume Wolverine would rather try to regenerate again than use a PC for the attack?)

3) Bane outwits Iceman's running shot.

Story:

"Do not let them escape. They'll warn the Bat, and he'll bring friends." Bane strode after the retreating X-men, stopping just outside the remnants of the cell. "Take down the Icy one, he is the greatest threat." Bane calls back to Deadshot. Moments later, two bullets fly from the darkness, catching Iceman in the chest and flinging him against the wall, large chunks of Ice blasted out of his torso.
