.....it kinda is their Stanly Cup Finals right now.

I'm torn Grew up just outside Toronto, but haven't lived there in 25 years. Never was a Leafs fan even when I did live there. They are Canadian though, and since the Bruins beat my Canucks in the '11 finals, can't cheer for them. Ever. Until Ottawa exits, I'll stick with them, but hope the Leafs at least get past the Bruins

Game 7 is going to be a lot of fun to watch. I think I'll try to catch that one in a bar

So Boston was down 4-2 and pulled their goalie and scored two to tie this Game 7 up. Craziness.

One of my good buddies is losing his mind right now. Huge Leafs fan. Another one is a Caps fan, same thing. Only my Rangers fan buddy is happy right now

So Leafs blow it, and Caps get blown out. Instead of being 6/8 in the first round, I end up 4/8. Oh well, on to round 2..................

I agree. I really was surprised by the Leafs and they should have gone but allowing 4 unanswered goals in a period's time is a big no-no


Poor Caps. They just can't do it. This was a home game too.

Now my wife and I have no one to root for. I think I will go for the Senators.

Hey now, you don't have to make it worse than it is for Leaf fans.........there were only 3 goals in the 3rd.....1 was in OT.



I try not to push my main team on others but the Sens are fun to watch.......and it's important to not leave your seat until the game is done.

I will usually take any Canadian team over most of the US teams. Montreal might be the one exception.

Well the Rangers are in some trouble it seems..........

But more Leaf misery, their AHL team the Marlies were eliminated in game 6 when they were up 3-1.....and lost 4-3 in overtime.


That is getting really bad for that organization......I'll give them a tip I learnt being a Sens fan this year. NEVER say things like 'oh that was so bad, but at least we still..........' because that just lets whatever the Hockey god equivalent of Loki know who/what to gun for next.

Also, how about them there Wings? Awesome.


It's a real shame that #13 for them isn't a talented player.......I saw that on TV so it must be true.

Glen Healy on Pavel Datsyuk

Apparently he's just a talent-less plugger who tries really hard. It was nice of Big Z to choose him first overall (over his teammates) in the last all-star game.......the 'tries hard crowd' needs the spotlight more.
