"When using TK" would clarify this. He uses TK, and there is nothing that says anything other than this. TK says you can throw them out up to 8 away and in lof, so as long as they were in lof, you are good =)
I'm no orange, but I am right...probably =P
*edit* also, as long as TK was showing on the dial =)

Place A in B. If A is a character, it must be a single base character and possess the HeroClix Tiny Damage Symbol or HeroClix Standard Damage Symbol symbol.
wouldnt it need to say something about the square they are being placed in as well?
just sayin...
thanks for clearing it up guys! love that collaboration by the Rule Gurus!! =D
I don't want to play a game of chess where dumb luck or money decides whether or not I get to use a rook... Collectibility is a necessary evil of Heroclix, not a boon.
I'm honestly surprised by the final ruling on this. Just looking at the name of the power, HIGH POWER, LIMITED SCOPE would leave me to believe that he has the power to TK lots of figs but within just a limited area. That's just my thought though. Having even the 3 square limitation could completely rearrange the field mid game with the ability to move three figs at a time re-positioning them for the best possible attacks.
I'm surprised, too. I would have ruled it exactly as normalview did early on, based on the wording. But as we've seen often in this game, wording doesn't always match intent!
I might actually run this little jerk now.

Telekinesis works normally when TKing friendlies, (IE: 8). Note that those friendlies do not block LOF for this use of TK

Cool. I just wanted to know. I used him in a game that I won, when NormalView posted that they had to be within 3, I told the guy I played that we should count that game as a draw, but after this ruling, now I can say I played Kid Omega the right way for the win.

I would like to thank Vlad for getting the ball rolling on this.

That's 8 squares from Kid Omega's square - not 8 squares from the friendlies current squares, right?
So that the most Kid Omega can do is push three characters 8 squares away from himself. Right?
At most, yes. But it is also limited to 8 squares from the square they start in. So if they start 4 squares behind him, he can then only TK them to a square 4 in front of him.

Oooh, good point.
Thank you.
Still, "TK cannon loaded and ready for firing, Sir!"
