I decided to E-mail about the Golden Falcon Soaring thing because it's still open and this is what was sent back.

Hello,
Got a question about how the special terrain created by Iron Pharaoh moves on the map. Can it move from a lower elevation to a higher one without using stairs? Can it move through walls/indoor blocking terrain?

Hello Jesse,

Yes to both questions. It may change elevations and move through any type of terrain.
