Seeing the best of the best, I wonder how the Great Goblin from the Journey to the Lonely Mountain game would fare? He's 120 points of slow cheap nasty.
@Namor... I have been running the Shuma/NM matchup on my own, and can't really figure out how you lost...
What was the map you got stuck on, and what was your actual gameplan (first couple turns)?
I was interested in the match as well , would you mind doing a quick match write up ? And this is no knock on anyone just looked like a really interesting matchup and generally thirsting for knowledge ! Lol

From our previous match up I knew that Voodoo was priority 1 due to his MC power combined with the night vision goggles and the high speed carry from Magik.
He won initiative I think.
He popped off Magik and shuffled Voodoo in to hindering next to Magik.
I chose matter rearranger, drained a ring for outwit, MC Shuma with MM, moved Shuma, matter rearranged Voodoo's hindering to expose him, outwitted Super Senses, hit for 5, carried MM up with DS.
Magik moved up, New Mutants RS and hit Shuma for 4 psychic blast and took Mystics.
Shuma free actioned healed, chose black light, drained for +1, perplexed damage 1, finished off Voodoo, pushed MM to MC Shuma, HSS away from Magik and hit New Mutants for 4, pushed DS to carry MM inside the black light.
New Mutants side stepped and cleared. I think he moved up Magik.
Shuma free actioned healed, chose electro blast, drained a ring for +1, colossal stamina to attack New Mutants, New Mutants rolled shape change. I chose to not attack Magik due to Mystics. Cleared the others.
New Mutants side stepped, popped off Wolfsbane, charged flurry BCF with Wolfsbane to put Shuma on last click taking 2 mystics.
Shuma healed, chose flame blast, drained for +1, missed free incap, took out wolfsbane with Shuma, MC Shuma with Mole Man, hit New Mutants for 4 psychic blast, took colossal stamina.
New Mutants side stepped and popped off Sunspot, Perplexed Sunspots attack with the team base, RS pulse wave from Sunspot to finish off Shuma.
I think thats how it happened. That's just a brief run down, some stuff might be off, and there were a lot of probs, perplex, and black light smoke cloud stealth stuff going on.
That might have been a gamechanger, tough to tell. New Mutants still had a lot of life and Magik was still on click 1. Oh well it was still a great game.

He is limited to 200 pts of guys, and by your description never put any back on the team...
102+ 63 +76 =241
There is NO combination of 3 figures you could have off the team base that is legal (63+75+76 =214)
Was there a ruling at some point saying that KOd figures no longer count against your total? Because I seem to remember it being the opposite.
If the rule is that the latest Orange post is correct, than technically Chris has the latest ruling, AFAIK.
Waller KOs: AA Robin, Kid Devil, Joker, Question; AW E Cap; FCBD Iron Man; Miracle/Oberon; John Stewart x2, Iron Patriot; Shatterstar; IH Herc; CW Photon & Nitro; FF Nite Owl; 10An R Thor, E Iron Man, Weapon X; FF Kilowog; Hugo Strange; Calender Man; Legion Cosmic Boy & Lightning Lad, LE Pete Wisdom
It makes sense that KO characters don't count but a official ruling would be nice. I mean its a pretty freaking important mechanic you would think we would have a definitive answer by now
In this situation, I think that ruling is irrelevant (only to this situation so don't flame me) because he said:
Popped off magick
Popped off wolfsbane
Popped off sunspot
They were all "popped" off by solo adventure, which would be illegal because it exceeds the 200pt limit.
Actually from what I am reading that is not right Patrick. The thread in June agrees with you but the later thread in November states that ko'd characters do not count toward that point total. In this case it would mean that you could not solo adventure more than 200 at one time but that once a figure is ko'd that another figure may pop off as long as the total amount of figures on the map doing a solo adventure does not exceed 200. I do not know if this is right but that is what the latest Orange ruling states. At least the latest one that I can find.
Unless I'm interpreting this wrong, I think that is incorrect, Howard:
In the Solo Adventure power description it states : "If removing the team member from the team would mean that the total point value of removed team members exceeds the point value of the team, then the team member cant be removed."
This says nothing about a character being in play or if it has been KO'd. It only looks for the total point value of removed team members. Am I missing something? Also, from what I understand, this also checks for any removed characters, regardless of how they were removed. So, you can't Solo Adventure if your use of previous X-Cutioner's Song/Solo Adventure already exceeds the point limit, BUT you can X-Cutioner's Song regardless of the point limit.
