Premise: The storied career of Alice Patel, the greatest hero of the International Timekeepers Agency.
Beginning Period: 3055 - The Attempted Assassination of Archduke Archibald VIII.
EVENT - Ginger Patel goes into labor while stuck on a powered down hyper rail train. A mysterious stranger assists with the birth. Without the stranger's assistance Ginger Patel and her newborn daughter Alice would have never made it through the complicated birth. It is believed that the mysterious stranger is, in fact, a future version Alice Patel.
EVENT--An Asteroid miner named Zegbrec Marrinovichillenoor watches helplessly as his brother is hanged for stealing after being sentenced to death by Archibald VIII, Archduke of New Io.
Event: While surveying a planetoid for mining, Zegbrec Marrinovichillenoor finds an uncharted installation. cautiously he enters, and discovers the body of Doctor Wurdulac, disemboweled with his head lolling at a hideous angle. Zegbrec examines him, presuming him dead. Wurdulac musters up a last burst of inhuman will and points toward a peculiar device on a pedestal nearby, muttering "Release the Kraken."
**Event: Time Distortions sensors pick up an alternate and potentially disruptive time-stream: Smoeone recovers a Chrono-Shifter from Mars and uses it to travel back in time, killing Archibald VIII, three years before Archibald dies of natural causes. The "Butterfly Effect" from this change in history is predicted to lead to the 2nd System Civil War. Alice Patel is assigned to prevent it.
EVENT--Alice Patel learns that Zegbrec Marrinovichillenoor had already stolen the Chrono-Shifter and escaped moments before she herself arrived at the Mons Olympus Temple.
EVENT: After the failed assassination of Archduke Archibald, Lis Deluvian, another timekeeper agent, discretely poisons his wine. The archduke's death is credited to natural causes and he is succeeded as archduke by his more benevolent cousin, Francis XIV.
PERIOD: 3099 - The Chronal Migration of the Neo-Luddites
Event: Stevon Brown, disillusioned with the current state of human affairs founds the Neo-Luddite Association. Brown believed man was becoming more machine than human, and despised the ever increasing amount of technology that consumed his life. Using handwritten letters describing his vision, that he hand delivered himself, Brown was able to assemble a group of like minded individuals.
Event: As more and alienated and dissatisfied individuals flock to Stevon Brown's newly founded movement, the ruling bio-mechanical technocracy begins to take notice, eventually declaring Brown a glitch and a virus, marking him as a threat to the harmony of society and ordering his arrest.
PERIOD: 9986 - The Rise of Doctor Wurdulaq
EVENT - When a crew of Timekeepers repair a security probe in a "Buffer Zone" in the 98th Century, one of them, Ilsa Ximenez, briefly appears to have a seizure. Ximenez insists she's fine after she recovers, though she does seem to have a lot of questions about their time boat, The Razeqi.
EVENT - Timekeeper probes detect a life source in Sector 7483, a sector of space purposely kept devoid of life as a buffer between the Terran systems and the Insectoid legions. By the time Timekeeper investigators arrive, they discover nothing save for the probe that can only replay the message "THE DOCTOR IS IN" on loop.
PERIOD: 2333--The Formation of the Destroy History Terrorist Organization.
Event - After a few successful library burnings and the destruction of several prominent museums, the DHO sets their eyes on a larger prize. After securing a prototype of the "Time Jumper 3000" DHO leaders establish a list of History's greatest heroes, and begin to establish plans to eliminate or capture each one. The first name on their list is legendary frontiersman and lawman Orville Curts.
Period: 1022 BC--- The Fall of Mu.
Event: Exiled for unspeakable crimes and dark heresies, an outcast cabal of mystics from Atlantis stumble over a handful of small islands near the present day Gulf of Mexico inhabited by a race of strange, semi-intelligent, half-humanoid snakes. Using their dark and forbidden power they quickly dominate and enslave the native serpent-men and proclaim themselves Sorcerer-Kings of the new island realm of Mu.
Event - Dr. Wurdulac, having failed to destroy society in the System Civil War and laying low as he plans his revenge, arrives in the distant past and runs into his own future reincarnation, Dr. Wurdulaq. The two decide to take over the great ancient continents, with Wurdulaq taking Atlantis and Wurdulac taking Mu.
Event: Backed by the power of a genetically-created sea monster known as the Kraken, Dr. Wurdulac stages a coup, killing Sorcerer-Elite H'Restralo and declaring himself Emperor of Mu.
Event: Talorc son of Muirolach's single man ship crashes off the shores of Mu. While he is originally able to avoid detection, he is discovered trying to steal some rations from one of the snake-men labor camps. The mystics enslave Talorc, sending him to the black diamond mines to work alongside the snake-men.
Event: Chafing under the bitter yoke of servitude, Talorc and and the defacto leader of the enslaved Snakemen, Ka'a Sathos, make an uneasy alliance. They hatch a plan to free themselves from slavery and avenge themselves on the Sorcerer-Kings of Mu and their leader, Wurdulac.
Event: The wandering Pictish sellsword Talorc son of Muircholach kills Doctor Wurdulac and hurls his body into the singularity stabilization matrix of the Razeqi, starting a chain reaction that totally obliterates the island kingdom in 6 hours.
Period: 2500 - Atlantis Resurfaces
EVENT: As a young child growing up in Toronto, Harriett LaFritte causes his parents much concern about his mental state when he continues to insist that his imaginary friend "Wurdie" is taking him on all kinds of nightly adventures beneath the sea. Eventually, Harriett's fascination with this "imaginary friend" subsides as he grows older, but a lifelong obsession with undersea exploration remains with him.
Event: Famed Canadian explorer Harriett LaFritte and his team discover an ancient temple to Poseidon at the bottom of the ocean. Inside, engraved stone walls reveal the history of the temple: that it was part of the lost city of Atlantis, which was split into 3 parts when it was sunk. While there, one of Captain LaFritte's men accidentally pushes a button on a pedestal, sending a signal out into the ocean around them.
Closing Period: 2713 - The Dinosaurs' March on Toronto
Event: Sensing defeat, Doctor Wurdulaq enters the stolen time travel vessel, The Razeqi and hurtles into the distant past.
Event: Alice Patel, Talorc the Pict, Orville Curts and Vladislav Levitsky--all wounded to various degrees and low on ammunition--remain on guard at the portal leading back to the Jurassic Era, waiting for the next wave of cyborg velociraptors that they know will soon attack.

PERIOD: 2333--The Formation of the Destroy History Terrorist Organization.
*** EVENT - Professor Luthraius Ulrich, a master of Earth History, finds that a historical event he had been studying for decades suddenly ceased to exist. Books and articles that mentioned the event now show a different event in its place. Frustrated and enraged that his life's work has been rendered essentially useless, Professor Ulrich forms the History Reformation League. His creed: if there can not be one true history, then there can be none. The Time Keepers are quick to label the HRL a terrorist organization, and rename them a Destroy History Organization, the first of it's kind.

Event: Clinging to the remains of the makeshift raft he used to escape Mu, Talorc defiantly curses his people's grim deities and vows to survive and reach land.
His blasphemous oaths have barely passed his lips however, when a featureless orb appears magically in the air above him, and Alice Patel emerges, lowering a rope ladder to the perplexed barbarian.
***Event: Fulfilling his promise to Captain LaFritte, Wurdulaq, The Razeqi, and the Atlantean army arrive in 28th Century Toronto. However, Patel is there waiting for him with the Canadian Territorial Army under the command of the greatest military strategist in history, General-Supreme Vladislav Levitsky.
Event: Worn down, exhausted and teetering on the very edge of utter collapse, Alice Patel, Talorc and Vladislav Levitsky are reinvigorated by pure desperation and horror when they watch helplessly as a monstrously modified Tyrannosaurus Rex swallows Orville Curts whole! The last words Alice Patel hears from him before he vanishes into the toothy maw are "goldarn blasted varmint!"
Event: Time Distortions sensors pick up an alternate and potentially disruptive time-stream: Smoeone recovers a Chrono-Shifter from Mars and uses it to travel back in time, killing Archibald VIII, three years before Archibald dies of natural causes. The "Butterfly Effect" from this change in history is predicted to lead to the 2nd System Civil War. Alice Patel is assigned to prevent it.
***Event: While the Kraken (now genetically altered to operate on land) battles the giant robot Talos on the slopes of Mons Olympus, Zegbrec Marrinovichillenoor sneaks into the Temple to obtain the Chrono-Shifter.
EVENT - Professor Luthraius Ulrich, a master of Earth History, finds that a historical event he had been studying for decades suddenly ceased to exist.
Event: Fulfilling his promise to Captain LaFritte, Wurdulaq, The Razeqi, and the Atlantean army arrive in 28th Century Toronto. However, Patel is there waiting for him with the Canadian Territorial Army under the command of the greatest military strategist in history, General-Supreme Vladislav Levitsky.
EVENT: Moments after Curts is devoured by the T-Rex, yet another new time portal opens. Orville Curts springs forth from the portal with a grin on his face, he checks his watch declaring "Got out of there just in time to see them fireworks" as the tyrannosaurus rex explodes from the inside out, thanks to a cleverly placed timed explosion.
Event: While the Kraken (now genetically altered to operate on land) battles the giant robot Talos on the slopes of Mons Olympus, Zegbrec Marrinovichillenoor sneaks into the Temple to obtain the Chrono-Shifter.

Event: After numerous, and increasingly more violent and bloody clashes between cybernetic clone-enforcers of the Technocracy and Brown's ardent Neo-Luddite followers, Steven Brown himself eventually calls a secret mass meeting where he makes his historic proclamation "We who have rejected the horrors of the Future shall make the paradise of the Past our new home!"
Event: Alice Patel is assigned to guide the Neo-Luddite emigration and see that they settle in a pocket universe in the distant past, where they will be prevented from causing any inadvertent time paradoxes.
***Event: The Time Keepers, expecting violence, offer to provide Alice Patel with a squad of chronal marines to assure that the Neo-Luddites migrate peacefully. In a surprise move, Patel waives the assistance and instead chooses to bring along her time deputy Marshall Orville Curts. Curts, being a time displacement himself, is able to connect with the Neo-Luddites and he and Patel are able to successfully and peacefully migrate the NLs to their pocket universe.
Event: Ilsa Ximenez Incapacitates the Crew of The Razeqi with an airborne nerve agent, then implants microcomputers in their brains to make them submit to her will. She then disables all communications on the time ship and disappears into the time stream.
PERIOD: 2333--The Formation of the Destroy History Terrorist Organization.
EVENT - Professor Luthraius Ulrich, a master of Earth History, finds that a historical event he had been studying for decades suddenly ceased to exist.
Event: As he is caught in the stabilization matrix, Dr. Wurdulac briefly surges back to life and activates a chrono-shifter he has on him, sending him forward through time and space back to his laboratory in the year 3055. However, the damage from the trip, as well as Talorc's injuries to him, have taken their course, and he's certain to die again soon.
