Also interesting that this (from What's In The Boosters?)
Each Wave of AoU has the following rarity breakdown:
10 Common
7 Uncommon
6 Rare
5 Super-Rare
4 Chase
5 Exclusive ID Cards
does not match up with this (from Summary)
28 pieces only found in Marvel Heroclix Age of Ultron Wave One
28 pieces only found in Marvel Heroclix Age of Ultron Wave Two
The contents described on the earlier slide come to 37 pieces per wave. 28 would be the total without the chases or ID cards. That could mean a lot of things (including that the Summary was written before the set was finalized) and is probably just a discrepancy
in one or the other. A much worse interpretation would be that there are 37 pieces in each wave, but only 28 of them are unique to that wave. What fun it would be to see variation between the two waves only in the upper rarities! Really it's probably just a shoddy presentation.
I was given rep for my screen name alone! Now I feel all warm inside
I'm assuming either
28 unique cursr figures in each wave ands the 4 chases will float between both waves
Or
26 cursr figures in each wave ands then each wave will have two unique chases while there are two generics that will be in both waves

I could live with a few generic sculpts being the same in each wave, as long as the dials were different.

They are doing the Yugiyo rulings to make those pieces more powerful. They know these sets need the extra incentive to sell.
IMHO, they would sell better if all the clix were legal to play in venues and in tournaments for Modern Age. They wouldn't have to jump through hoops to try to push a certain product if they did.
I mean how much do you really want to spend on product you will almost never get to use, since they relegate the material to golden age, a lot of places I have been to tend to do modern and sealed events.
Dice rolls will be the bane of my competitive Heroclix career.
