first and foremost, I gotta go with 100 Thor, Frog of Thunder. I pretty much started playing and collecting a little before the 10th anniversary sets so I never saw a lot of HoT, but a buddy at my venue kicked my butt with the Frog once on the Drowned Wakanda map in a golden age/no resources and I won't soon underestimate that lil bugger again.

Dylan had the right answer: THE set I want outside of DC/Marvel is Amalgam and I competely and totally want the Hyena Dark Claw. I mainly just want a brutal up close Joker than can take more of a hit (or a Sabretooth with poison... it's all in perspective I suppose. And to answer your question: yes, Speed Demon rhymed like Etrigan. I was still pretty young (12-14) when Amalgam came out and I didn't know who Etrigan was but I got that it was a Ghost Rider mash-up. I just couldn't figure out with who. As you can see here,his rhymes were legit... maybe even a little "too legit". Also, I'm a huge "S.H.I.E.L.D." keyword collector and a Batman fan in general so if you gave me a Bruce Wayne, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. I would destroy anything in my path to obtaining it.

I definitely like where Jeremiah was going with Venture Brothers (I want Richard Reed's gang), but I would open it right up and just call an adult swim set. sure, I want Brock Sampson, Molotov Cocktease, Baron Underbite and more, but I REALLY want Awesome X & the X-tacles. there's slim-no chance of that happening without modding but my best bet would be an [as] set. heck, gimme a Nimrod-like chase Meatwad who's similar to con ex Doop, only he can go on any team and not break theme (AND not be errated on it like Gandalf and Nightwing as well). I'd throw money at that.

I might just hafta rob that and use it as a general birthday salutation.
