Soundwave is off doing his own thing which leads to the universe having a near-death experience, there's the DJD which doesn't recognize the war being over "until Megatron says so", there's the NAILs which think both the Decepticons and Autobots are a bunch of warmongering idiots, there's Galvatron who's running around (and is actually a unique character from Megatron)...

Right. Mentioned the DJD earlier as I figured those back on Cybertron are unlikely here (we seem to be circa graphic novel 2 based on my character's "story to date"). However, the non-Cybertronian races, despite occurring a little later shouldn't be as easily dismissed, you're correct. I agree with Mal that the basement is a bad place, though it leads to some awesome stuff in the comics.

If I was going to place a bet I would say DJD is a where I'd put my money. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Sonic and Boom mucking things up as Neutrals in addition to Overlord (though Overlord happens significantly later so maybe I'm just too caught up in the idea of him being a big part of things because he kind-of is in the books).

Basically, just like real life, "peace time" is potentially fraught with more danger and factions than when there's straight war.

Oh, and to give DF an idea of how much things have changed, one of the more interesting mainstays of the ship's crew is....Cyclonus. (Also, a lot of folks like Drift who'd an ex-Decepticon who's trying to be all Zen-like and religious as he attempts to seek redemption / forgiveness but he's not too good at controlling his temper).

Also, most of us hate Prowl, no matter what side you fought on in the war.

I thought Cyclonus made a point of saying he wasn't actually a Decepticon, but I could be remembering that wrong.

Plus, post-Dark Cybertron you've actually got Megatron, of all people, onboard as both an Autobot and 'co-captain', but that clearly hasn't happened yet based on the introduction.
