Played through twice on the No Mans Land City park map. The villains won both matchups with my friend and I playing each team once each. This makes sense to me as the Heroes need to learn to work together better in order to actually accomplish much. I have even written down a back story for each team and why I have the specific versions of these characters other than points just working.

Superman, now desperate for help, calls out to the various street heroes of the city, which is mainly a mix of New York, Gotham, and Metropolis. Many are reluctant, but 5 other brave souls are ready to take up the cause and fight the scum of New York, not as individuals, but as a Justice League.

Meanwhile a sinister group of villains known as the Sinister Six, a group of assassins, have run rampant causing destruction and mayhem throughout New York. The crime lord and the leader of the Sinister Six, Kingpin has gotten upwind that a team of heroes has arose and is causing trouble for him and his business, so he decides to take matters into his own hands and eliminate the heroes before they cause anymore trouble for him.

Dramatic Retelling: The villains want to get the heroes attention, so they take over a bank killing all inside. After take over the bank, they take their positions. The new founded Justice League rush into the bank to only see Crossbones with his mini-gun smoking and bodies all over. Before a word is said, several sniper shots are fired, one hits the Man of Steel but unfazes him, Luke is hit but still alright, and the Punisher is hit by a knife from Bullseye and badly injured. The Thing rallys Superman and Batman, Black Canary has had enough and wails as loud as she can knocking the assassins out of hiding and into walls. Clark is ready to end this, and not holding back rushes at Kingpin with the heaviest thing he can get his hands on (ultra heavy object) and in the nick of time Kingpin sacrifices Deadshot and with no more friends to sacrifice, after Batman outsmarted Kingpin, The Thing clobbed him (with a ultra heavy), and Luke based Bullseye and Batman pulled a knife and cut through Crossbones like tissue paper. Bullseye punches but hurts himself instead. David shoots Superman and penetrates his skin. Cheshie charges with a flurry of poison on Black Canary crippling her. Supes hits Cheshire and Black Canary finishes her off. With some help from the bats luke takes bullseye down with a trash can and with his knife and Superman's smarts Batman takes out david cain

Loving all the feedback so far! I'm excited to see all the other teams!

Talked to some of my players tonight, and looks like we will start using the scenario here so I don't have to come up with something. I know I'll be reporting here for at least four players, maybe more int he future. This seems pretty cool.

Glad to hear it! If your venue does a few events you guys will get to sponsor a team, essentially making decisions for that team on a regular basis.

The venue I run will be trying this out on Wednesday. We'll have at least 4, maybe (hopefully!) more.

This would be the technical correct way of thinking about it. That being said, if you and your friends or venue want to allow possessions, go ahead and do so.

I've made a team for each side so far, just in case my friend wants to pick a different side. I have all of these pieces available except that darn trinity war Superman.

Dramatic retelling: The ultimate weapon

Dick Grayson, Agent of SHIELD (Agent 37) leads a small, off the books team of heroes on a top secret mission to a remote Hydra base in the arctic (NOWHERE arctic base map). Unable to receive backup from his agency, Grayson recruits the wandering vigilante Hawkeye, the street magician Doctor Strange, and an amnesiac samurai calling himself Logan. The real leader of the group is an almost sentient dog (Krypto) whom Grayson believes is the key to freeing an alien artifact Hydra has under lock and key at this base.

Meanwhile, Sin, recently kicked out of Hydra for following her own agenda, has put together her own team--the SINister six, a group of mercenaries (Creel and Crossbones as muscle, Shiva as their hired assassin, Manchester Black for support and Mr. Freeze, who has been recruited for his scientific know-how) to steal that very same artifact for Sin's own goals of terror.

Turns out the artifact is alive. And Dick Grayson has his dog. Which is a good thing, because rather than destroy the hero's team, Project: Superman immediately joins forces with them as the SINister Six arrives to try to take the alien into custody for themselves.

It's a sloppy fight. Grayson is caught off guard by both Shiva and Absorbing man (AKA the player accidentally got him into trouble early) and is taken down almost right away. While others engage in hand to hand combat, Hawkeye hangs back and easily takes out Manchester Black from a distance. Sin, in her haste, comes face to face with Wolverine, who shows her no mercy (several brutal rolls by Wolverine).

The villains rally, though. Shiva follows the age old D&D rule of taking out the mage first and takes down Doctor Strange. Crossbones decides to cut his losses and kill the weakened Superman, but doesn't do it fast enough (landing on Project: Superman's powerful late dials). As Freeze tries to finish the alien off, Superman obliterates the scientist's suit with heat vision. Hawkeye gets into position and takes out Shiva just before she can herself defeat Logan. Superman and Krypto gang up on Crossbones, taking the mercenary down after a surprisingly long fight. Creel panics and gets himself into a jam, but still manages to clobber Logan and take him out of the battle.

Absorbing Man, not the brightest bulb in the closet, is now alone against an empowered Superman, a wounded Krypto, and Hawkeye too far away to hit with his wrecking ball. He nearly takes out Superman anyway (landing on his last click of life) but the remaining three heroes team up to knock him out.

With all of their enemies defeated, Superman look at the archer and asks: "Can you explain to me what you were doing with my dog?"

My wife and I trying this scenario tonight (loser does dishes) she picked Justice League and I took the Sinister Six.
