The Brimstone roll can't be modified as it says deal the result as damage and only combat values can be modified. The d6 roll isn't a combat value.

I'll adjust the recap of Brimstone and Pandora 2nd PC.

1) Blades replaces with a locked value. So, while Blades would fall under the "replace than modify" umbrella, the fact that the replacement is a locked value prevents any modifications.

2) Brimstone's ability still doesn't work for different reasons. His isn't dependent on the damage value at all, it's just a d6 that deals damage "instead" of damage dealt. So it's not a replacement value, thus it's not affected by any modifiers.

Also, Super Senses wouldn't get a DFD. DFDs are pretty tricky.

Rule of thumb is that it requires two characters. If another friendly character isn't involved, no DFDs are going to occur.
