Inside Out headaches as Mafia? There were 4 main emotions right? Anger, Joy, Sadness, Disgust. Was there another?
Unless there's another potential theme to be seen here.

Headaches should be "headcases". Need to figure out how to turn off predictive/corrective typing.

Fear was the other emotion in Inside Out

Eh, I don't see the other four really matching up with the Joy, Fear, Sadness, and Disgust. Their reactions to the kill in the write up all seem to express joy or support of some kind. Even the killer seems more angry if not joyful, and we've already seen Anger bite it.

I think the idea of a "Headcase" Mafia themed around Inside Out emotions is probably a dead end.

The mafia theme may be more general than that, like computer animation movies. That's a guess.

Very possible. I have to wonder if 5 separate people picked Inside Out as one of their choices. I know we were only allowed to pick shows or movies and not specific characters.

However, I don't mind testing a hypothesis.
