So is it a given fact now that the flocks of bats don't break theme although having the animal kw?

Page 33 of the rulebook:
The Animal keyword is neither here nor there. Firstly, when they were designed, the rules were different. Secondly, the Ape and Serpent bystanders also have a keyword, but that only matters for powers and abilities looking for a keyword.

Prez Rickard has been added. The new Kyle Rayner that gets all Lantern etc. keywords will be added when he is in Units, as will the new Taskmaster.

That new Cyclops will be added when he's in Units.

Ahhhh, yea I see about Stan now, I knew the others did so I was asking if they belonged on any kind of list, or maybe a new one. Is there anyone else like those 3?

Will add Eugene Torbit Witterspan when he is added to Units.

Added Eugene Torbit Witterspan, Sela, and changed the last section from "Stuff that enters the game later so doesn't affect theme" (since it would be way way too long and not useful) to "changes what would normally be a generic theme into named theme", since that is seeming to start to be a thing now, with Captain Venom and Spymaster.
