This is such a good GR. Including the motorcycle bystander is par excellence. Your take on Penance Stare is the best representation of this power to date and a neat mechanism to boot.
I do agree with Jaysol, the bike's speed power should have added, "takes damage from an attack"
That aside, this guy is really, really freakin' good. Well done sir.
I don't like how the Hellcycle gets the full movement charge if you push one of your characters, or crit miss, or some sort of damage that wasn't caused by your opponent.
I feel like it's curbed significantly by the fact that it can never come back once it's destroyed. One solid hit of 3 damage will take the Hellcycle out of play and leave Ghost Rider a Ghost Pedestrian.

thank you, kindly. I wanted an emphasis on ghost rider himself and not just his bike, so this take seemed fun, and it seems we should have a hellcycle now that vehicles are a thing.

Yeah is disproportionately complicated to how much it is used, but there's some fun potential tial there. Glad you like the rookie and Tha KS for highlighting the 60pt option. Between his steal energy, his own take on the champions and that click of invince, he should give his opponents plenty of opportunities to taste that mystics ta. I enjoyed the opportunity to drop his defense to a 16 start to balance his heavier reducer for the cost and it let me ramp his end defense for staying power.

Again you show you mastering of the craft in you tier design. Each level so appropriate for their cost.
Both special powers are extremely nice. The ability to give another character the action token is just cool. So is the Stealth/ESD ability.
Thanks, going for another cheap distilled essence for the rookie, the now standard 60 option all the champions have and a flexed vet that was attempting to not just retread the CA version. The taxi ability came from the idea that the tropics trips through Darkforce dimension tends to take it out of others, so why not let someone else take the burden of the trip, especially a support piece, enabling her to take another trip sooner than later
All total, the champions played together have cause for celebration each time they score a ko, cause that's going to have a huge game swinging effect with all their cumulative disparate effects. Makes it worth overextending to get that killing blow

Thank you, kindly. He was designed in tandem with his sister, so it felt fitting to debut him shortly after so the synergy is more apparent. On top of everything else, he can get esd and +1 defense from darkstar, making his opposing force all the more formidable

Thanks! The hammer & sickle effect was rather simple, but a nice little flavor perk, and the more of those to a dial, the better, I say. The opposing force seemed the simplest way to affect defensive kb without over complication, so I'm glad it's going over well.
Mostly I'm surprised this guy still hasn't been made. He's the quintessential commie for crying out loud . Sculpt reference lifted straight from his ohotmu entry

It still amazes me that characters like Vanguard and American Eagle ever got the greenlight. Vanguard especially just kinda came across like an attempt at creating a Russian superhero from somebody who knew nothing about Russia except their flag.
These designs feel very right for the characters, especially Vanguard.
But I still can never help but be a bit "shake my head"ish about superheroes specifically designed around either a loose concept of national identity or around a vague understanding of ethnic culture.

Well Vanguard is supposed to be a propaganda hero, he was a part of a state sponsored super team and he and his friends do rebel against the state. He still uses his hammer and sickle even after losing his position as a state hero because he was trained to concentrate his powers though his foci.
American Eagle did later get some much needed character development and a refocusing into more of a super powered lawman than a traditional superhero. Also he lost the costume....which was probably for the best.
