Idk, almost no figure likes Outwit, and both Destroyer Thors have good enough stats that losing a power isn't nearly as defeating as a character that relies entirely on their powers to be effective.

He's not talking hypothetical
Granted the Outwit in question can from UC Spider-man, who's -2 perplex also took care of that high defense.
Won my Tri-sentinel during the month 3 sealed event wit a team of 200 pt Thanos SR + common iron man. Completed crushed it by using the phasing for 1, then sidestep carry with iron man to elevated ledge, fired for 6 dmg, then carry him back so they couldnt retaliate.
Destroyer Thor is an undercosted murder machine. I agree with JR that it's better in sealed to go with 125 to increase the chances of making attacks with him. It sucks that your opponent gets to take a free miss, but once they do, this thing has no real downside considering the cost. It seems slow at first, but double sidestep, 6 range, and giant reach 2 brings it forward pretty quick. Plus that double sidestep is as good or better than running shot and comparable to charge, just being unable to flurry if too far away. I think this is a sleeper hit of the set. I have both Destroyer Thors now, and while the prime is the one I wanted more, the A version is giving me shenanigan ideas.
