Ahh, the joys of a semi-flexible schedule.

As a contractor, the benefits are not that good, and I cannot work from home but...

Old job, 8 to 430 everyday, no flexibility.
New job, 630 to 315, really just get your 40 in as long as I am here somewhere between 6 and 930 to start.

Worked 8.5 hours a day M-R and get to leave work at 1:15 today.
