Penguin Soilder > Legenday Jujitsu Master
and
Dr4g0n-M4st3r: I really dont need those cards. For some reason the deck has a good draw ration and it can kill f/d cards every turn with ease.
i like this deck just a few concerns so fixes are in deck list

1 Sangan
1 Exiled Force
1 Mystic Swordsman LV2
2 Magician of Faith
2 Nobleman of Crossout
2 Fissure
1 Book of Moon
1 Premature Burial
1 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 Heavy Storm
1 Brain Control

1 Reinforcement of the Army
1 Graceful Charity
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Mirror force
2 Dust Tornado
1 Call of the Haunted
2 Sakuretsu Armor
3 Compulsory Evacuation Device
I dont need 2 Dust Tornado. Trust me I've tested it over and over again. Its the worst top deck to have in this deck. On top of that there is enough m/t destrution in this deck to make Dust Tornado bite the dust! I dont have Mirror Force and really dont want one <_<.
it's a really good idea to have mataza sitting out to attract removal, but he isn't going to do very much damage if there are monsters sitting in front of them....a DD Assailant would fix that. I think you plan on not doing much attacking cause if you're not running mirage dragon or pitch black warwolf to prevent removal, somebody else will. You're betting on having 100% tempo control all the time...it might even just be cause you're preventing stuff in your local metagame, but it just really hurts when your deck "lands on it's face off the pedestal"....But other than that I like this deck: 7/10

Of course it’s not going to do much damage when there is a monster on my opponents side of the field. That’s why the deck has 3 Compulsory Evacuation Device to deal with face up and f/d monsters.
Adding DD Assailant only solves the problem of having a monster which can attack a higher attack monster or be attacked and remove the monster with ease instead of playing another spell, trap or monster effect.
I run Wildheart so I don’t need Mirage Dragon OR Pitch Black Warwolf. Wildheart is unaffected by traps so I can use combos like Torrential Tribute or Needle Ceiling to clear the field and attack directly, while Mirage Dragon OR Pitch Black Warwolf have to worry about Bottomless Trap Hole when its summoned or a Waboku, Threating Roar, or Compulsory Evacuation Device at the end of Main Phase 1. So I'm not waiting for my opponent to attack, I'm waiting for him to counter attack.
I play at pastimes kid. One of the biggest Yugioh tournament regulators in the Mid-West, I've used this as a fun deck for the past 5 months there and have won ever time I've used it. From Soul Control, Bazoo Control, Horus Control, Stirke Ninja Control, and to the famous Chaos Control. Next time read the previous posts, they explain a whole lot about why certain cards are run and why certain ones are not. The comment about Mirage Dragon and Pitch Black Warwolf was unnecessary. It has been dealt with before in this thread I'm beginning to become aggravated at the thought of people only teching cards which are the most commonly played and the only reason why they do this, isn't from the fact their good, the fact is their dependent on others making the moves, decks, combinations, themes, strategies for them.
Ever think about running Cyber Phoenix, Tenkabito Shien, and UFO Turtle? Phoenix can't be Sakuretsu'd or Bottomlessed(with his standard stats), and protects UFO Turtle from Sakuretsus too. UFO Turtle can search out for Shien/Phoenix/other Turtles.
Only one problem naru _484, Their machaine and pyro type mosnters. I have no way to suport them in this deck. If I where able I would, but again I can't O_o! But the idea alone when placed in to a deck prevails just like mine. You should run that at your next tournament.
Wow i must admit this deck is good very solid and you even know the fine points if this deck(right down to card structure)but it doesnt have a theme?I wonder would no theme give you a slight advantage(but your deck does have an idea to attack your opponent by clearing his field and activating his spells/traps)I guess i have to wonder. 10/10 you earned it
Well the reason Why I run them is so that I can deal with Monsters and M/T. If I play Soul Excahnge I wont be able to attack like planed. It isn't a Soul Control deck, its a Warrior Control. Its ment to attack every turn.
