As I suspected, however, Zap ASSURED me that the Cult Enforcer borrowed the attack bonus. Why do I listen to him again??? Anyway, drop a * off the Apoc enforcer and keep them around in case any Minions figure is ever made with like an 11 base attack... then they'll be money.
Oh well. I was right about the shades at least. They still deserve their rating, now instead of Kem upping their attack they can keep Kem at a 12 down his whole dial.

A recent FAQ ruling stated that you could use special actions while Demoralized. And just look at how many spells are special actions! Krang's a spellcaster, plus he has the Magestone Trance ability, which means that he can cast two spells a turn for the cost of just one click of damage (because no matter what he rolls for the Magestone Trance, he'll always roll higher than his attack of 0!).
The bad thing about him is, his 0 attack means he WILL get counterspelled every time. But if the opponent's wand-types are tied up, then go to town!
All in all, he's not inherently great, but considering he's only 28 points, he's EXCELLENT.

Thanks for the reply!
Hmmm...yeah, you're right, that 0 attack is going to hurt when someone counterspells you. You're right about those 28 points -- he's the second to the cheapest slotted fig (cheapest is the weak blood priestes at 27) and the cheapest Orc slotted spellcaster with a subfaction ability to boot.
I would like to thank everyone who worked on this project. It has been quite helpful to me.
When I logged on I realized it's been over 2 years since I've made a post. I haven't been playing as much as I used to so a rating list of the new figures helps me to understand the new set much faster.
