Wylden Host Leader---124
Magestone Bracers
Teachings of the True Way
Wyrm Strike/Rain of Thorns (depending on type of army swarm or few big figures)
Auraheal
Word of Refusal
Archer's Aim
*** Tempest Priest------------44
X2 * Bloood Demon------------66
X2 Solonavi Shade-------------58
Strategy: First turn double time both demons and have host leader cast archer's aim on herself then bookmark Word of Refusal. Then when they cast spell cast it and surprise them.
the Drow thinks he can enlighten this EF army build.
All you really need to do to make this army better is follow these five easy steps to a delicous meal...
1) Scrape the whole army!
2) Toss in The Black Knight prebaked with Blade of Shadow.
3) Add *Blood Demons in for flavor, Mmm blood.
4) Add a pinch of *Blood Priestess with a Necromantic Bonestaff.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for three hours or until browned.
Besides, with so many F's in it's name, this army ought to be a total Failure...
Besides, have you seen Bambi? (yeah, the Disney movie!) If so, you should know that antlers are always too big for your own safety...
But hey, since it's a themed army, why the heck not? So basically, why not scrap off the off-themed units, namely : everyhing without horns, so you're starting with the Wylden Host-Leader...
Now let's throw in Thin-Horns #2 : Horned Hunter. Now since you're playing 2 big pieces of game there, wild Hunt seems especially appropriate as a spell.
Now, to round up that thing, why not throw in a EF Horned Stag with a random River charger... now, if you're not yet at 300, feel free to add as many Talon Warriors as possible...
Congratulations, you just turned "F for Failure" into "The Wyld Goose Chase"!

Strategy???? What strategy???
Is this the infamous "Take a couple of yuppie/preppy named characters and try to make them tough, 80's movie" type Strategy????
I direct you to your favorite movie retail store and ask you to view classics like "Valley Girl" or "The Outsiders", among a slew of others. In each of these, the Preppy, Socials, etc. always try to make themselves appear tougher and pick on others, only to get embarrassed and their arses kicked.
Look at the names of two of your figures: Kem and Zeph! You might as well try to bring along Biff, Chip, Skip or any other preppy named characters to play in your army. In fact, figures with these names work just as well in a Barbie Doll House.
The obvious factor in this army is that you try to make these two prep's look tough by surrounding them with characters with the following mean and tough sounding words in their names:
Possessed
Blood
Demon
Pain
Wraith
Tomb
Skeleton
Do you really think that any of these things scare anybody when they accompany guys named Zeph and Kem?
I mean come on!!!
Daniel took down a whole group of these kind of guys with the "Pelican" or "Stork" kick in Karate Kid.
Ronald Miller got all the "cool" kids to do the African Anteater Mating Ritual Dance, and they thought it was cool, in Can't Buy Me Love.
Johnny and Pony Boy killed a "Social" at a playground in The Outsiders. Who wants to be killed buy a guy named Pony Boy?? Answer: The only kind who can be......Preppy, Yuppie, Social guys with names like Zeph and Kem.
Who can forget the Lambda Lambda Lambda boys taking down the preppy jocks in Revenge of the Nerds???
Basically it boils down to the fact that playing figures with Preppy names like Zeph and Kem makes you very vulnerable to even the wimpiest of figures.
If you are going to play figures with names like Blood Demon, Pain Wraith, etc., then play with tough "named" figures also. Kossak, Heartdrinker, Bloodhawk are just a few tough sounding names that would work. Kem and Zeph stand out like a sore thumb.
Leave the preppy-named figures for your little sister to play with her Barbies! If you insist on using them, then make sure that the "Dummy" domain is one that makes your opponent a dummy, and is not just a blank.
Now there is one prayer for you and this army, and that would be due to the events that occurred in Grease 2. Michael was able to transform himself into a "Cool Rider" and do battle with all, including the T-Birds (albeit without John Travolta), and still win the heart of Michelle Pfeiffer. This is truly rare and he did it as a single character. I would not recommend you attempting to duplicate this feat, as it has not been successful since.
If you insist on playing with the preppy Zeph and Kem, surrounded by things to make them seem tougher, then don't be surprised after you get beaten if you hear something like this from you opponent:
Scattershot and steam mauler bombs (with the help of zeph) EVERY turn. Four tokens, in a good position, 24inch striking range, they can hit everybody !!
Shaman is there to heal.
Regal is there to charge on lousy harassers who bases steam or scattershot.
Black Guard overwatches every turn and shoots whoever runs from the bombs in the next turn...
Hmm, I wonder if it's playable ?? I doubt it but on the other hand it's a lot of fun to play it...

What do you bunnies think ?
Mustang, thanks for the encouragement, your army will be reviewed once your number is called, until then please patiently wait in line, thank you.
Firstly, I agree, bombardment is really lame, I mean, by the time the things fall, I've been gone for like a year so why bother making an army? Secondly, we all know girls don't play MK, so why use em in the game, so that gets rid of the Skymage, and lets say the mounts are female too just because. You got Zeph, and Blackguard, what to do? Well, we all know that the EL are weak so bye bye Zeph. Now we need to get some beat sticks in here, which means bye bye Blackguard. First, we're gonna put in Kossak with Blackheart so he can smack people for 5 damage. Then, a *Blood Priestess w/ the Necro Bonestaff to revenant the 50million *Blood Demons you're gonna play. Don't want all Blood Demons, throw in some Vamp Skellys, but they arn't as good.
There ya go, your army has been improved with the fewest cuts to the original army. (You might wanna fix the domains too, but it'll cost extra if I do it.)
Here's an army based on the best theme ever--mostly naked women.
400 pt army -- "As close to Naked as allowed by law"
---------------------------------------------------------------
Valkyrie Tazia -- 65 (She's in the army to kill stuff)
Kerrudan's Bow -- 30 (To help her kill stuff)
DC Pegasus -- 51 (To be ridden by Tazia and instill envy)
Pit Tiger -- 57 (To lead the very cold legions)
Venthia's Masque -- 24 (to give her the enviable def of 16)
** Deathsinger -- 29 (To keep the girls frisky, even post mortem)
* Deathsinger x6 -- 144 (A little distraction, a lot of pointy knives)
-----
Total: 400 Points
Domains:
Frost Snap (Keep 'em at attention)
River Valley (Nice and wet)
Inferno (To keep things hot)
Twister (No explaination needed)
Book of Lightening (my favorite Dummy)
Good Lords Tazia's Slave. Please, no more! An entire army of scantily clad warriors carrying swords and screaming in rage and drinking blood probably won't instill an enemy with lust or envy... maybe the male orcs...but...nevermind...
Anyhizzle, you're army needs an incredibly new make over. There is one massive flaw, that a clever player can exploit rather easily. What happens when your Tazia marches across the battlefield and sees -gasp- Atlantians! That's right, the Atlantian army is filled with strong men with cool haircuts weilding strange and exotic weaponry. Have you seen the Shocktroopers, Empire Veterans, or an Atlantian Swordmage. Instantly, those Deathseekers will be ooohhhing and ahhhing over the mohocks, bulging black dots of eyes, and massive muscles.
So, you'll need an army that will be unaffected by this show of force.
x6 *** Screechers
Yep, that is it. This army of metal destruction will be unaffected by whatever gender of your enemy and will also be able to rain terror upon thy enemy will a truly ginormous ranged damage value! For a discounted point cost of only 47 points per figure! Use this army and you truly will be feared across the world!
1st: nym, blood, and tempest run to first token and sally runs up using quickness.
2nd: the two common sorcerors push to cast circle of leaves and wraiths, thus effectivey sealing off most all attacks. move as you will or need.
3rd and subsequent turns: the 29 pt. revenanters are the familiars and so can get their hands dirty w/ little fear, as well as rev. closer to the battle than in previous sets (barring nbs of course). the mage spawn just keep getting summoned by nym. use the blood priestess to syphon nym into his gravey click. lots of ram, venom and polearm as well as a mean sweep makes an opponent really deal w/ what's coming and the problem is it quickly recycles and it's base is nigh untochable. i think. :P
First of all, note that there's no such thing as untouchables... No matter how dirty your guys get, there will always be a zombie which will be willing to touch it, if not eat it...
Besides, with such a multi-cultural force, I'm worried about the possible aftermaths of a victory, I mean, how are they gonna share the spoils? I sense much backstabbing coming. But it gets even worse in defeat, how exactly do you deal with on of your minions who would decide to let the team down because it helps the greater good of their own faction?
Another problem I see is with the menagerie you're maintaining wiht this army... It's a well known fact that jackals aren't exactly the most hygiene-prone animal, thus ther's teh risk of disease... Salamanders aren't the most efficient creatures outside of water... expect it to do mostly nothing, as for the Scarab, well it's a bug, so again, infection risks are high, but also there's the risk of seeing one of your guys step on it, make for an ugly mess...
Crusaders for Familiars? You know, the higher the intelligence level, the higher the chances they rebel agaisnt you or decided your orders aren't worth carrying out... NOw, thye've noticed that about monkeys... so humans? (even undead ones) You would probably be safer by using pet rocks as familiars... they are much more docile, they don't argue much, and they make ####ed good projectiles when the need be.
Besides, this army somehow reminds me of what they called "la trappe" in hockey, which was basically zone defense, sure your opponent didn't score many goals against you, but when he did, he usually would end up winning 1-0 if you stuck with that system.
Same can be said about your actual army, sure you're making it REALLY hard for your opponent to reach your objective, but you're also making it REALLY easy for him to grab the 2 others... Or at least, you're giving him enough time to crush whatever isn't protected in your army, and then come and get you the hard way.
that is why isaid nigh untouchable. also, they can destroy all they want. it just comes back and they take 2 clicks of pushing. it is an endless hoard army so i doubt i need to worry about not getting the other two objectives. eventually it will wear down the opponent and i've no problems thus far w/ it. the only real problem is soarers and any good mk player knows that's not really a problem. :) as far as insubordination goes, my fig.s all live in houston texas. we have a huge multicultural population here and prejudice is less here than anywhere else in the u.s. i've been, so they get along just fine. on top of that, i get the spoils, so no worry'n there. they get to fight, which is all they exist for. if they ever do disobey, they become raw material for my creation factory. :)
