If you get odds going against spidey you're in trouble. You have to beat them by turn 5 or your toast. They have int on 6, they totally exhaust your field on 7 and turn 8 its their int again.
Almost like having int 3 turns in a row. Just totally sick.
Theres alot of drop who are great if you have INT(herc, mags, two face, etc). I got to give it to spidey though as he is on par with silver surfer. Stealing int is just too good.
It's got to be Sinestro for me. He can win games on 7, while Spiderman merely stalls. Varnae is pretty darn good too. But from the starting list, it has to be Magneto.
once again what is Varnae gonna do if you exhaust him so he cant use his power. Someone mentioned Dr. Light. I beat you turn 6 most of the time and if I have to turn 7. You make it to turn 8 on my initiative, I will play my Cosmic, name your characters and be a massive spider with cosmic powers hitting you in the face, along with not getting stunned. ONCE AGAIN....SPIDEY RULES!!!!!

I've been saying the same thing since the Spidey set came out. Sure Mags kills recover, but if you can't stunn them he is just a blank 7 drop. May boy Spidey all the way.
Agreed, they need a cadmus labs-esque card for spider friends so we don't have to run scarlet's wortheless butt. the only thing he is good for is spidey's ability
