Last night I caught the epsiode of South Park where Cartman went to watch Passion of the Christ and interpreted it as a Message to eradicate all the Jews - classic.
Anyway. Biz is right, some people do need thicker skins. But then stu is right, sarcasm really doesn't translate well online.
Prof - how you react to comments does not neccessarily indicate your character type. I think it comes down to stepping over lines. By this I mean that I have more respect for you and the likes of mr z and biz98 than I do some random member whom I've never spoken to. With that in mind, if you posted and called me a knob jockey, I would take it on the chin and laugh. If random new member then steps up and tries to continue along the same lines, I would have to squash him. It comes down to the respect people earn (as much as you can online) through their deeds and what they say.
I think the answer to this is that we should post a VSRealms food chain. You can't try to punk someone above you in the chain. You move up the chain through your deeds and experiences. I, am quite obviously top of said chain whilst the rest of you dwell beneath me feasting on whatever I deem unfit for me.

My dear friend, you don't know how much I was wishing for you to chime in on this one. I guess they do come true, thanks.
As a matter of fact, the very first mention of Shakespeare in history comes from a hater! A rival playwright/journalist trashed him viciously in a review and thus began the biggest name in entertainment history. Go haters!

Brother, that thread is classic message board literature. When they start calling me "Stukespeare", that will be my Hamlet.
The morning after... and this thread turned out quite nicely, eh?
I'll still give two more days before I decide the winnners of the other random rares, please continue.
Okay, the first grab bag of Gold Numbers looked like this and it is snailing its way north as we speak:
Swing Into Action
King Takes Knight
Mendel Stromm
Phantasm
The Shrike
Mr. Zsasz
Thunderbolts Plaza
Ultron
Political Pressure
Pan
Omen
Smile Everyone!
I am still giving some more time for anyone who wants to try to solve the riddle. Watching the film will give you a few hints and the Behind the Scenes features should give you a big leg up. Good luck and godspeed.

Cmon, stubarnes, there's actually a semiplayable rare in there. You can do better.

What a ####ing knob jockey.
P.S. You, sir, are now responsible for adding another insult to my repertoire. I'm gonna have to remember "knob jockey". That's almost as good an insult as "Stukespeare", which sounds like it has something to do with vomitting, honestly.

do to the lack of ablitiy for context online*
*note: my comment is out of trying to understand and not to argue
isnt ethical egoism a belief that you are actions are right because you believe them to be and nothing else matters? what i was thinking of was utilitarianism where whatever causes the most abount of happyness is the most moral thing to do.
pulling from stu and kergillian, i think the best part of the game is the friendly rival. a rival is usually a person who makes you strive to become better you need to beat them. these are often the people that we learn the most from. they cause us to refine ourselves into a better player or person.
lastly, i would like to give stu the Squadon Supreme award for striving to make the realms a utopian society. even though he knows that it cannot happen he carries his role in our society.
I really don't care about the age difference. (Last time I said that it got me in BIG trouble.) I just honestly get disgusted by the Anger Society and its little puny brother Talking Smack.
