I completely agree, I am a high school student in hick town OR so it's obvious to say I have no job, and so when the thought of a no rare tourny came around I was completley smittin with the idea because now i don't have to shell out for cards like mobilize to win. The RP Kits will not be in by this weekend... please reschedule... again.

This is really sad news. I hope this isnt going to be the trend again. I know I am being negative, but it's horrible to keep having to tell your players please reschedule. Or to tell them I haven't recieved the HL kit so when they get here, I will get you your prize.

Well... you can still hold a tourney. We still did RP last week and with 11 players... it was pretty fun.

Hopefully Scott will update us with why this kit got delayed to begin with.

The American Maid will be sad, but she may still show up as she has plans in Costa already.

Just got off the phone with a UDE Tournament Store Specialist. (really nice folks!)

She was very helpful-- got in touch with the hobby league kit person, and they said that there was a production problem with one of the pieces in the kit. (an card, i'd imagine) They expect to get that piece in today, and ship out tomorrow. They did apologize for not emailing store owners, but there's some bureaucracy that makes communication difficult for them. =\

That said, this is clearly UDE's responsibility, and not your store owner's, so don't go railing on your store. Anyone who has seen the latest email from lostshade is probably going to be aware that we're going to see another shift in the retail gaming landscape once the new postal rates kick in...

The window to run the events will be adjusted.
